Refund and Exchange Policy
RETURN POLICY

Please examine the Software or Product when you receive it. Shipping errors must be reported within five (5) business days from receipt of order. If any item is damaged, you must report the damage immediately to the shipping carrier and also notify Harris Communications (DO NOT ship the package back to Harris Communications). Harris Communications will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than five (5) days from the date the order shipment was received.

If you wish to return or exchange a product(s), you must do so within 30 days of shipment. Software, special orders, DVDs, CD-ROMs and videotapes are NON-RETURNABLE unless defective. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product is found to be defective or a shipping error was made on our behalf. Simply call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-477-2995 (Voice/TTY) for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Then complete the Return Form enclosed with your shipment. Carefully repack the merchandise using its original packing materials and carton and enclose any manuals and warranty cards as well as the Return Form. Enclose the product box in a shipping box to protect the product. The RMA number MUST appear on the outside of the shipping box, next to our address as indicated below. (To receive a refund, the items must be in the original carton and in "like new" condition, with all parts, instruction manuals and RMA number included. If these criteria are not met, Harris Communications reserves the right to refuse the return or to issue an in-store credit instead of a refund. Merchandise must be received by Harris Communications no later than ten (10) days from issuing the RMA number). Harris Communications reserves the right to charge a restocking fee. Returns WILL NOT be accepted after thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. (If 30 days have already passed from the date of shipment, please follow the manufacturer's warranty instructions for repair service).

Harris Communications reserves the right to refuse a return if items are determined to have been damaged or abused, or to charge a minimum of 15% restocking fee if products are returned without the original packing materials, all instruction manuals and warranty cards.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returns.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping, please keep all packaging materials. Claims cannot be made if packaging materials are missing. Report the damage immediately to the carrier. Do NOT ship the package back to Harris Communications! Instead, wait for the carrier to inspect and pick up the package. Call Harris Communications so that we can process a replacement for you.

SHIPPING ERRORS
Shipping errors must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of order delivery.
