      On 7/25/21 I purchased on-line a front closing bra. Order No. ******** Customer No. ********* for a total of $36.90. I have not been able to track this order. Their tracking system was not working. On-line it says that the order is always "In Process". I talked with a Customer Representative to cancel this order on Sept. 7, 2021 to cancel this order. She (***) said that the order was in process so that they could not cancel the order. She then went on to say that the "order has not shipped." Since it has not shipped, I told her to cancel the order. I sent several emails to the ****************************************** to cancel this order since it has not shipped. I received email back stating that since this order is in process they cannot cancel. No one has contacted me since. I have tried several times now to cancel this order from 7/25/21. Please help me get this canceled. In the last email to Blair I told them I would contact the BBB.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      Never was I told the center was relocating as stated in their response.  What I was told is that the order cannot be canceled because it was "in process".  When I receive it I could then return it.  At which I said, sure I could return it, but then lose the shipping and handling fee of $9.99.  The person I talked to did confirm even though the order was marked "in process", it had not yet been processed to ship, at which I again said "cancel the order."

      I have since canceled the debit card I used to purchase this order.  I will never order from Blair again, nor will I recommend anyone else should either. 

      My complaint with the Better Business Bureau stands as is.  
      Thank you for your help.  I would not give this company a good rating of any kind.

      I have a late payment that was added to my credit profile that I would like removed. I was ill from covid and missed a payment, I was never late before and would like a goodwill adjustment to have the late payment removed immediately.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I know that it can be corrected but the business is choosing not to. I don't know of anyone who was ill who's first thought is to reach out to a credit company when health should be the first priority. Other banks have made the correction, Fingerhut is the only one not wanting to do so. I would also like to close out this account as I cannot continue working with a company who does not value their clients.

      Fingerhut seems to be sending erroneous information to the ************************** concerning my account. My balance with Fingerhut never exceeded $1300.00 but it was reported in excess of $2,000.00 for more than twenty months. When I contact Fingerhut about this matter I was told to send them something in writing.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      Fingerhut can fabricate any documents from 2018 and claim a High balance. Nevertheless, I did not have a Credit Limit of more than $2000.00 with fingerhut until 2020. What items did I order in 2018 that caused me to owe Fingerhut $2,066.00? Furthermore, why is Fingerhut allowed to raise and lower credit limits as it suits Fingerhut? In 2018 In 2018 I had a few high priced returns and a couple of high priced items . Is it possible that Fingerhut didn't clear my returns in enough time so that their amounts wouldn't be added to what I acutally owed prior to Fingerhut forwarding my account information to the **************************

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have also spoken with **** from Fingerhut extensively about this whole situation and also provided her with the document that I put together while handling my father's estate issues.       I have been doing business for the first time with this company called Fingerhut I have several complaints with their shipping and handling one order I did not receive a pair of boots and a rain jacket a second order Im waiting for a return label they say they said that they never sent it physically or email everything they say they doing to help me fix the problem theyre actually prolonging the problem and they will not actually follow through with what they say they are doing I need a box to return the same room with a shipping label that this item is broken and the other items that I have never received any credit for that and I have reached out to them several times and they have several responses which neverWas followed up on

      I am submitting this complaint for my 86 year old mother ********************* **************************************** ************ as i am her power of attorney and on her checking account. I am filing a complaint against Haband as when she first starting to order from them and my mother was not aware of a membership on her account. The company added this membership when she placed an order. She has been billed monthly for many years at $14.97 and my mother said she had not ordered from them in a long time. When i called Haband at ************ i spoke to an agent and at that time she said we dont have an account with that name or address. I then asked agent if there is no account with that information why did they **** her bank credit card montly for many years. On the phone the agent was quiet briefly. They only reimbursed her for August of 2021 at $14.97. I will be going to the bank for my mother to get proof of all these charges on 09/07/21

      This account is reporting as a charge off on my transunion and experian credit file but it was sold to ********* and both ********* and Fingerhut were included and wiped out in my chaphter 13th bankruptcy, so I'm asking for them to be deleted from both credit reports

      I ordered a set of knives in Jan.2020 and returned due to damage and not meeting our standards within the time frame allowed. I have jumped through every hoop that Fingerhut put in front of me including writing letters, scanning documents, ect. I've made several phone calls to them and get told that someone will need to call me back. This never happens. As of Aug.2021, I have issues with my credit report and Fingerhut claims I owe ******. I should have a zero balance! Now I have numerous calls constantly about collecting the balance from a collections agency.

      I purchased a beautiful comforter in March. I was redoing my bedroom for the last time. I have severe copd so this is it fir me. I opened the comforter on August 1 and followed directions to wash it in warm water on large load and dried it on low. It MELTED and when I shook it out to fold it, the comforter ripped down the melted area. Now I am stuck with a horrible comforter because they won't do anything but give me a $30 credit. The comforter is $200! All I asked was to replace it and I would send this one to them to see it. The problem is, they are refusing to replace it. Since I don't have a whole lot of time left they will win. Don't buy from these people. They don't back up their products. Sadly, *******.

      i had an old finger hut account and it was thru the fresh start program, i did multiple times call them to make sure account was closed out and balance was $0, they did refund me, how ever they sent me to collections for an item I NEVER received. they were to remove the charge as I did not get the order, i was not able to get the order replaced because the reps they have no one was able to figure out how to to resolve the billing issue as i recall they told me that the order had a warranty service but they failed to remove that service when they removed the order. i want this removed from collections and removed from my credit report. date they reported open on credit report was 8/8/2017 phone number i had on account was ************ address was *****************************************
