      The Lifetouch manager on *********** is very disrespectful and should be fired. My son is graduating and he has autism. I wanted a memorable photo of my son for his special day. The manager as I was on the phone with him told me if I would shut up and stop talking when he talking I could know where to come in the store to take the photos. Upon arrival I get to the area he at the front desk with some customer throws his hands in my face and says here pick a background. I was shocked at how rude he continued to act. He then stated Im not photographing you. I call the shots and Im the manager. He works for Lifetouch photos inside of JCPenney in *********** ******** on ***********. Im filing a police report because he cost me extra money to go out and find someone to take my son photos. He should be fired immediately. His name is ***** and he refused to give his last name. We are going to small claims court.

      I am still waiting for my sons photos. Its been nearly 2 months and it still in processGetting in touch with a real life person is just about impossible. You keep on getting your run around and it seems like nobodys trying to take real accountability.

      Did a portrait session on JCPenney and the photos were supposed to be mailed from Lifetouch. Called Lifetouch the next day morning to cancel the shipping and credit me back the money. **************** agreed and received the order confirmation that it was cancelled . Here comes the alert after late evening saying your photos were just shipped. Called back Lifetouch he said it was" too late" as the order was shipped already and they wanted me to destroy the photos and send them a picture proof for them to refund me. Negligence caused by them and the audacity to tell me so. And top of that horrible customer service from *****.

      I have a really cold long case with this biz, back to my daughter's senior picture portrait in 2019 through school. Tens phone calls if not hundred with their customer ******************** here and there, no end, no solution and no follow up on the simple issue.Basically I just need to get our deposit back as we didn;t decide to order the picture through them, as they are bad. They just decide to drag the case to the cold ****.Hope someone from the firm could contact me to get it solved.Dont want to leave any star but have to, otherwise cant post!!! They desereve no star!!!!

      Terrible Service. We ordered retakes, and they never arrived. You cannot contact them. They hang up on you. They want you to chat with a bot...how helpful. No phone numbers that work. Yet, this company is contracting with the Sarasota County School System.

      Very disappointed with their customer service and delivery of photos. I ordered school photos 8/23 and did not receive them by 11/23 so i called the company. They are very difficult to contact and each phone call is at least ******************************************************************************************** 2-4 weeks. I had not received photos by 2/24 and contacted them again (another 30 minute phone call) and they said there had "been a shipping order" and they would ******. Should arrive in 2-4 weeks. I asked for tracking info and they said I could call back in a week to receive this info. I said no, that would be another 30 minute phone call, but they offered no other solution. I've now decided to cancel my order but will have to call them back to do this, yet another long phone call, I'm sure. If I had not called to ask about my photos, I'm certain I would never receive them.

      Very Disappointed, I was supposed to receive my son kindergarten picture since September, I was sent a nothing. Called 3 times, the 3 times they sent blank envelopes until I told I called upset in December for the 4th time. They refunded me.

      Very disappointed with misrepresentation of delivery information. Ordered pictures in early November 2023. Indicated they had arrived 2/3 weeks later. Unfortunately never received, so contacted them by phone to find out where they were. Still indicated they were delivered. So finally they said they would send out a new package of school portraits for free. I asked if they could expedite them as I had to frame and send them abroad to family and my wife was going through major surgery for cancer so all could receive them before Christmas. Thus why I placed my order in November. So when both packages turned up on December 22nd and checked both shipping addresses it clearly showed the original package was sent to somewhere in **********. So as I live in Connecticut this the huge disappointment for both my wife and my family abroad. I just wish the customer service agent was honest and did her job as expected by her company and not blatantly lie. On a good note my wifes surgery did go well but still a long road ahead for us.

      Terrible company and customer service, that is consistent, and the apologies never stop. I am ranting, I am so glad that I am done with them, my child is graduating from *****. What I love about this company is how sorry they are habitually for a website that is terrible when placing an order, what appears to be offshore support, confusing emails, supervisors that blame the customer, when their site could be much better and clear. Sending confusing emails without any kind of reference numbers, but when you contact them you have to provide all your stats. So the "supervisor" rep I just spoke to, *******, when I pointed out the shortcomings of the ordering system and the miscommunications of their online chat reps for the debacle order and that ******* the day before gave me a coupon being nice was actually one that everyone gets was dismissive and not helpful. Every time I have had to deal with this company at any level over the year's has not been pleasant and this time was the worst, thankfully the last! Good luck.
