      I find it funny these people can call themselves a company. Not only are they extremely rude, they clearly do not care about the properties they "manage". They have a complete disrespect for anyone that is not working for them and couldn't care less about client privacy. I would never recommend a house managed by them.

      Sharper Management employees are arrogant and unresponsive. Their communications are abrupt and incomplete. They work for their own best interest, but, in my opinion, not in the interest of their clients. They rarely answer the phone and often do not return calls.

      This is the worse management company ever. Employees are rude and argumentative and not helpful at all regardless of the situation. Finally my association decided to replace Sharper Management with a new management company. They immediately disabled all owners accounts and we are no longer able to sign in to our accounts through their portal to view payment history and download tax documents. Nobody from Sharper seem to know how to gain access to our account s info or retrieve the data. I was put on hold, transferred and then nobody called back. Same bad service as we got used and expect form them for the past decade. Communication is just horrible, they do not return phone calls. So glad to see them gone.

      I've called and emailed many times regarding a maintenance request that goes ignored for over a month. Meanwhile if you're even a day late on your HOA dues be prepared to pay a late fee. Company is highly unprofessional and will never get back to you. I am beyond frustrated and feel blatantly ignored when I simply wish for them to do their job that I and my neighbors pay them to do.

      I have owned my townhouse for over eight years now. We have had a couple of different management companies. This was good at first, now, pillar damage over a year ago still hasn't been fixed. Now they don't even respond to multiple calls or emails. The fee sure went up though while my property looks trashy and the renters around me keep all kinds of crap outside.

      Sharper Management will charge you for whatever random thing they want. They will lie and break the by-laws of the association whenever it suits them. They refuse you communication with the association board. They are very unprofessional and argumnetative. Their actions are criminal in my opinion.

      Mike Miller challenges home owners to ligation “do it, do it” he says after he spent years neglecting my leaking roof requests. I sent emails and called many times over the years and documented that my roof was leaking. Finally after 3 years and emailing the the board they sent someone out. They had to waste two tubes of caulk sealing my leaks I had reported over the years that I had already repaired out of pocket, “I can see light through your attic” the contractor stated. And now I have internal damage to my house from the years of neglect and he challenges me to file ligation for repair costs. He continues to deny/deter/neglect my requests and closes/deletes requests trying to passively push them aside. It’s all documented Michael And then when you call him to confront the constant neglect and inform him attorneys are aware of his behavior he challenges me saying “do it do it” then hangs up on me. The continued behavior only builds my case stronger and stronger. Stay away from Sharper they are what’s wrong with our country.

      Sharper Management doesn't care about the residents at all. They care about violations. getting money out of you and using the board members to spy on you to record anything and everything they can. Board members have had violations where I am and nothing gets done they get to continue doing it. Someone else does the same thing and it's $150 fine. You can send in proof and they say it was to blurry. They say they are raising association to help residents with maintenance yet nothing gets done, our properties look worse. when you try to talk to them about they are rude, defensive and could care less. I have live here 10 years, had 3 other Management companies before and our 4th was Sharper Management. Never once had a violation, feel unsafe, or mistreated as I do now with this company. They turn you against your neighbor, told us to turn our neighbors in for violations. This company only cares about themselves and not the communities.
