On April 4th a drain repair person named *** from ******** Drain Cleaning came out to my home to unclog a drain. My drain pipe going into the floor that my laundry tub drains into was slow and ****** the owner told me on the phone they could unclog it for a set price of $150. After *** evaluated my clog on 4/4 in my home he said he would need saw an access point into my drain pipe leading into the floor in order to use a snake and unclog it. He brought in an electric saw from his van. I heard him start the saw and not long after it shut off and he called me down to show me what happened after he started sawing (see saw **** picture). The t pipe connector right below where he was sawing disconnected. He said he didn't need to saw anything because he could put a snake in where it disconnected. *** was able to unclog my drain. However, I was under the assumption that he would repair or reconnect the area of the pipe that disconnected from the force of the electric saw. He made me think the pipe was just loose and he fixed it. He charged me $150 and left. When I did a load of laundry water soon after *** left then water started gushing out of the pipe where he caused damage to the t connector (see picture of t connector gushing water). I called the owner ****** immediately and told him that Besed n left my pipe disconnected from attempting to saw it caused damage to my pipe. *** tried to tell ****** that it was already like that. I had no leaking pipes prior to *** coming out. I sent ****** the pictures and told him what happened and he agreed to repair my t connector free of charge. However, ****** has no called no showed on 4 of the appointments he made with me. There has been no communication from Josephs last no call no show on 4/16. I would like my t connector repaired since ****** agreed he would do this repair free of charge.
