      Erskine Interiors, Eden Prairie, MN location. I was very disappointed with the quality and performance of the product I was sold. Worst customer service ever. Over the span of 2 months it was unable to get ahold of anyone over the phone or email. Still haven’t heard from anyone to this day. I’m chalking this experience up as a loss and taking my business elsewhere.

      Thank you for the feedback, *****. In this case you had purchased product only from us and completed the installing of this product on your own about 2 years prior. So much of a products long term performance is directly related to the way a product was installed. Because this was a transaction of product only and we had no part in the storage, transportation or installing of this project, we were unable to help you in this case. You had come into the showroom, and we had shared with you your options to contact the mill directly. we are sorry you are not happy with what is happening with your floor after 2 years but now understanding that this should not reflect poorly on the quality of service coming from Erskine Interiors, we kindly ask that you remove the negative feedback posted on this platform. thanks so much

      *****??? My name is ******, way to know your customers. This poor experience was directly related to poor customer at **********************. Yes I did come to the showroom, however my information was taken and passed on to a manager every time. I was never given any contact information on a mill. I asked someone to come out and look in person but I couldnt get that to happen either.
