      On Oct 11 2024 I went to cub food to get money order for rent payment I asked for a 375$ money ****** who helped me that day said it not making a 375$ money order so I would have to get a 75$ and a 300$ money order okay fine I go to pay another bill my card declined thats odd I know I have money on my card come to find out I was double charged for a additional 300$ money order it two weeks later and I havent received anything yet

      *** in the deli does not put on clean gloves when preparing deli meats for customers (happened on 7-5-2024 around ******. Not only is this gross (who knows what he was doing before with the gloves he has on when he comes from the back room), it's likely a health code violation.

      *********** pump #4 ethanol free grade handle leaking. Someone can get hurt or sick from exposing to gasoline. I had told the gas station employees last but today (3/15/2024) the pump is still leaking. I would like the *************** to look into it before someone gets seriously hurt. Thank you.

      Just wanted to let you know that I tested the pump yesterday morning and due to the nature of the complaint, I had ******************* come look at it and everything is fine/good working condition.

      I believe anything that was possibly wrong has now been fixed and this issue is resolved.

       Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The *********** pump handle was replaced and hopefully this kind of fuel leaks dont happen again.

      Weve been in store to the Eden ******************** cub foods 2 times in the past month and both times have accidentally purchased expired food. *** been told we cant return it and when Ive gone in store to inquire and let them know about the expired food Ive been met with lots of attitude and employees who dont care. We bought 6 nacho lunchables that were 3 weeks expired and just this past week we bought a 16 dollar vegetable tray that was over a month expired. I do realize I should be checking expiration dates better but it also goes to say they should have inventory processes in place that prevents customers from buying extremely expired food. Im pregnant and cant be eating expired food for my own health or health of our baby. Very frustrating. I got a photo of the vegetable tray but the lunchables were thrown before I had a chance to photo them.

      Our store director could not find anyone that knew about this issue.  Im happy to make the customer whole with a gift card to cover the cost of the expired items.
