      I had My Exteriors work on my house. They did a good job. I have a Lifetime warrenty with My Exteriors. At this time the company is no longer due to Covid . I have contacted the company's owner ******************. He at this time has another company called Home Garage Floor. I have been calling **** since May 22, He did on 7-20-22 ask me to send him my address but as of today 11-01-22 I have not spoken to him to set up a time for him to come out & fix the SMALL problem with my siding. At one time he did leave me a voice message & told me that if this was a small problem then he would be able to fix it but if it was a bigger issue then I would have to contact the manufacture. I have repeatedly told him that it is indeed a small problem & that it would only take him maybe 5 minutes to fix then he would not hear from me again, but to this day I am only able to leave messages in which I get NO return call.
