  Our experience with Northface Construction has been top notch. Devyn B. came to our home to do an initial inspection of the roof attic. He educated us about our roof and attic and took the time to make us feel comfortable and knowledgeable about selecting Northface or any other contractor going corward. Devyn B., Erick G., and our onsite Project Manager Keith L. have all been incredibly professional and responsive to our questions, and my husband and I will definitely recommend Northface Construction, with confidence, to our friends and family with their construction needs.

  Terrible Customer Service. Christa will promise one thing on the phone to customers and then does not deliver. The work completed was unsatisfactory as the laborers left green roofing nails everywhere cut a cable to a satellite dish and did not cap it off leaving exposed wiring and left large holes in the yard from materials. All are serious safety concerns with children. I wanted to love this company had learning about them from BNI but I am absolutely disappointed by the lack of e-mail communication and then the excuses made by his office worker chirsta f

  Jeff did a great job putting in my back door and screen door. It fits great and cleaned up when done. Northface has the best communication I have seen. They left voice messages telling me when each door arrived and when they went to the paint shop and called with the schedule to put it in. They arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time. That just doesn’t happen these days. ????
