            In October 2021 I hired Tytann Blacktop to replace our asphalt driveway. Overall they did a good job, except for one area that is an obvious bowl depression that creates a large puddle. This bowl area is in the highest part of the drive, so it should not have a grade problem, and should have no drainage problem. This condition did not exist prior to the replacement. I have sent multiple pictures to the company, and exchanged many tests. They are taking no responsibility and tell me that it's my responsibility to rework the lawn area adjacent to puddle so it will drain. All of the rest of the drive (it's quite long) drains the opposite direction, which was the plan. If this area was at the same level as the surrounding area, it would drain no problem. I paid nearly $10,000 for the driveway.

            I would not hire again. They did asphalt drive way and left low spots near house foundation that will be ice hazard in winter. Not very responsive and did not fix problem when I asked. Photos seen here. ***************************************
