I hired Edina Patio and Landscape to do a patio paver installation on 7-18-22. I paid a deposit of $3,690.00 get reserve a project start date of 9-15-22. A week prior to starting the job we paid an additional $2,400.00 *************************** is part owner of the business and is the person we communicated with. He is also the person conducting the work. This business was to remove an existing paver patio and then install a new paver patio. *** delayed starting our project several times. **** told me he was going to start and then he did not show up and would not respond to my inquires for several days and then give an odd excuse and then give us a new start date. This occurred six or seven times until the ground froze and no work could be performed. *** did show up two times to remove some of the existing pavers. He removed approximately 40% of them and never returned to the job site. I have made several requests for a refund and the has been no response. Since then we have learned of two other people who had had unfinished projects with this business. I would like to receive a refund from this business. *************************** of Edina Patio and Landscaping gave us an estimate for a paved patio on 10/20/21. He took a downpayment of $500 to initiate work and $1445 to purchase the pavers. The project was to be completed by the end of 11/2021. The work remains undone and the pavers have not been delivered or produced. We have asked him to stop work and to give us the pavers so that another contractor can install them. We would like our $1945 returned immediately.Customer response
