I called Mobilemechanic.com on Monday, July 24, 2023. We had an issue with one of our semi-trucks smoking on the interstate. I asked, ******, the owner, if he had anyone that could fix our truck. He said yes, and put ****, someone that contracts for him, on the phone. **** said that he could fix our truck. Unfortunately, this was completely dishonest. Not only did **** not fix our truck, he broke it. He broke the key, installed a bad turbo, and trashed the truck. Then, after breaking it, he had someone drive it to the state line and he skipped town. I contacted ****** and **** over several days via text and phone with evidence of the truck being completely broken. This job alone cost us over $6,000.00! Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed us. **** is completely unqualified and refuses to provide us when an invoice of where he purchased the bad parts he installed in our truck. After talking with other mechanics, they agreed that the turbo was installed incorrectly and in fact, blown. ****** (who is located in a completely different state) completely denies this. I have never, ever, paid someone $6,000.00 to break an $80,000.00 piece of equipment. Completely horrific! Now, we have to pay someone to uninstall the turbo that **** installed. ****** and **** have not responded to request for a refund (the least they can do to honor the warranty listed on the website). Awful and dishonest business practices. Currently our truck is sitting at the state line where **** had someone drive it. The video evidence shows a smokey interstate with firemen, along with a fireman saying, "That turbo is blown!" ******** response, "The truck needs to be driven." WOW!Initial Complaint

First I hired them to change cv axels. They got one side done and told me the other side couldn't be done. They still charged me over $400.00. I hired them again to finish the other side now that it was ready and I spend over $200.00 and he got nothing done and ended up stealing a different car I had. This company is totally crazy.
