      I bought a car around May of 2021. Found out I had a open recall only after signing my name. Thru my insurance. My car has had 13 recalls alot for just the transmission. Including and open on now for the same repeated thing. The bushing maybe missing or damaged on my car the linkage was fixed before. They say it may not shift right or unexpectedly move in any direction. Now I'm told I can't drain my transmission cause when it shift from 3rd to 4th gear. It shudders. Now this has died 2 twice on me once the brake caliper failed so the whole car shut down then the second time the battery plates shifted and died again. Both costing me thousands to tow and fix in just one year I have 114 thousand miles on it when I bought it. I don't think. I should have so many problems I have regularl oil changes new tire balance and rotations. Get the alignment checked reg. And I feel like I was sold a lemon. I mean at ****** miles I don't feel like a new transmission should be needed. I mean even the back up camera fails and I paid ******************************* nothings wrong. I can't update the car cause they say it will cause more damage. I bought from them cause I needed a reliable car and feel like I'm stuck with a nightmare. And transmission I can't ****** to pay. I feel like I was lied to about the condition and lack of even telling the open recall when I bought it.

      Customer bought vehicle from ** May 2021. My service department manager says vehicle has never been back to our dealership. The sales representative that sold her the vehicle has not heard from her since she bought it. We were not aware of any problems. If there were indeed 13 recalls; as the customer claims; those should have been covered by **** Motor Company at no charge to her.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      Cause they never disclosed the recalls on the vehicle until I paid for it. Secondly your not supposed to sell a vehicle with a open recall. Thirdly I called a few times. Never received a call back from anyone ever. And I'm a he not a she.
