    Mid. They were the first to give me a time to come out and run an emergency power line to my house in sub-zero weather. That was all good. What wasn't good was that it took all summer to contact me to finish the job. I dug the trench. All they had to do is finish running the existing wire (from the emergency install from the previous winter) wire through ***, then connect the wire to both the power pole and my house. They did not have adequate tools for the job, and asked to borrow a torch to bend the **** They had to expand the hole through my house wall, and did not seal up the hole. So, the *** was through, but they neglected to patch around it, thus letting mice in....I did not discover this until the next day. Yep, the cats had fun listening to the scratching in the wall. Fortunately, they are good mousers. They were deceitful in their (high) pricing. I was told if I dug the trench, there would not be much more cost above and beyond the down payment from last winter. It cost me way more than expected. For the entire job, I feel it was way overpriced. Plus, when I discussed my dissatisfaction with the owner, he was completely rude, acting like there was nothing wrong with the job they did, or the pricing. He said they would come out and fix the hole, but I did it myself - mostly because they mice has already found the warm entrance, but also because I will not let them on my property again.
