    I ordered two tracking devices for my cats, one of the devices arrived scratched and does not turn on. I have contacted customer support numerous times, I sent a picture of the damaged device, and I have not gotten any answer about my problem. I simply asked to return it, as they have a 30 day return policy, it has been 2 weeks and they are not attempting to resolve the problem.

    I purchased an item from the website 6/28/24. It did not work. I requested a refund the day I received it 7/7/24. As of today 7/12/24 they still haven't sent me the return label. I can't seem to get them to refund me or send me the return label.

    Ordered 6/24/25 Auto ship no tracking after this morning. Package never received but paid for and credit card processed and charged out. I also paid extra $10.00 for shipping.Order# **** $34.96 total with shipping.Unable to track through DHL e-commerce.
