Purposeful misleading information on their website caused me to puchase items that were not what I needed. I contacted them via email, however no response whatsoever. In the past, I have spoken with customer service over the telephone and they are just as bad. **** and argumentative ****** of helpful. STAY AWAY! There are plenty of better sites to get the items you need for your aquarium.

Dear BRS Customer,I am very sorry you had an experience that was not to your expectations. We want all our customers to feel like they are taken care of. I have looked into your issue with our product and see you emailed us on Feb 25 about the product pictures. We did respond to you with our apologies and explanation on Feb 27. We also asked for you to reach back out to us if you needed anything else. Since then we have not heard from you about this issue. Your last phone call was back on October 17. We are more than happy to try to help you out if you still want to resolve this issue. I apologize again for the inconvenience.

You've looked into the issue? The pictures are still the same on the website to mislead future customers. You emailed me on Feb 27? That is simply a flat out lie. Today on 3/21/23, I have still not received any correspondence from you. No applogy, explanation, or effort to resolve this issue. The above reply is a show for the public. The real customer service received from your company is still very poor and your products are misleading.

Its funny I search for the parent company and BRS comes up. They acquired ******* Systems yet when you call in to get a resolution by someone who over sees the ******* product, they cant help you. They have poor customer service and offer no resolution to your complaints.

Dear Neptune Customer,Thank you for bringing your issues to our attention. We apologize for the lengthy resolution timeframe. We are running behind on resolutions due to short staff, however I will address this with the team. I see we have had multiple touches with you via email and phone and we have made a cross ship for replacement of your product. Please reach back out to us if you need more assistance with this matter. Thank you for your patience and I apologize again for the timeframe.
