On April 22, 2024, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. 326B.33 and 326B.36 (2022). Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to cease and desist from performing or offering to perform electrical work in Minnesota until they have the required license as an electrical or technology systems contractor and to ensure that it hires a licensed electrical contractor or technology systems contractor to perform all electrical work in Minnesota. The business agreed to a monetary penalty with the full balance stayed on the condition that they fully comply with the terms of the Order and have no future violations of any laws, rules or orders under DLI authority. The Consent Order was for settlement purposes only and should not be considered as an admission of guilt or finding of violation of the law. For more details go to the link below.
