      On or about 12/29/2021 I ordered a bandsaw blade form Rockler because they offered a 20% discount. It is normally $149. It was only $119.20 with the discount. That is THE ONLY REASON I ordered an expensive blade. I ordered online and when I put in the 20% off code, it accepted it. There are some exclusions, but NONE for the blade I ordered. When I received the confirmation email, it didn't show my discount. I contacted them. They told me that they could exclude any item they wanted to from the offer. I told them to cancel the order. They didn't. They shipped it anyway and charged me the full amount. They said I could return it. I asked for a return shipping label. They refused and told me to pay for it.

       I am rejecting this response because: When I entered the coupon code, it said "Code accepted". There was NOTHING in their fine print that said the blade was not eligible. NOTHING. They list all the items that are exempted. Ut is a long list. This is a clear case of FRAUD.

      I made a purchase on the company's website for an e-gift card on November 1, 2021. The amount of $50.00 was posted to my charge account on Nov. 2. As of Nov. 5th I had not received confirmation via email of my purchase nor the actual e-gift card so I emailed Customer Care at info@Rockler but received a response from them that I had to contact "the company" at Rockler@buyatab. I emailed the company on Nov. 5 but never received a response and I emailed them again on Nov. 10th indicating that if I did not receive a response by 2 PM on Nov. 12 I would file a complaint with my credit card company (which I did) as well as the BBB (which I am doing). All I wanted to do is get a gift card for my son for Christmas. Being on a fixed income, I like to spread out purchases. Now I am out $50.00 and have nothing to show for it. I EITHER WANT THE E-GIFT CARD OR A REFUND POSTED TO MY CREDIT CARD. I can't even check my order status because I never received a confirmation with an order number!
