Valdosta location sucks. It always starts with the leadership always. Probably just the location, I cannot imagine with many locations that they all suck. This one is slow, rude, arrogant, racist, one guy named John seems high of himself.

This is the first I've ever heard of this and actually many customers express just the opposite. We're sorry to hear about this and would welcome a phone call to discuss further.

ALY has really trying to resolve this title issue, Hopefully we can pass this thing. A big thanks to her for all her efforts!

I bought a 2012 car from them and have never recived the tile!! 1/24/24 these people are ripp offfs

On more than one occasion, our titling department has reached out to ************ regarding this issue. We learned he had sold the vehicle (before receiving the title). All our documents were correct for ************* and he was advised that in order for us to proceed with title processing he needed to get a safety inspection. He was also given the option of us sending the title directly to him and he could get it transferred himself. For a third time and after this review was entered, we tried calling ************ again. The phone was disconnected.

I have purchased 15 vehicles (1 RV, 5 cars, 9 motorcycles) since 2011, I read the description and visit to inspect. Bought 3 bikes that didn't start, I bid accordingly. All 3 were missing keys or key fobs and needed the vehicle battery replaced. Invest your time before your money. Reno, 2 Texas locations, corporate office in Minnesota, Michigan City and Valdosta. Every purchase went smoothly and I am currently a very happy camper!!! Thanks for everything from here in West Texas

Terrible experience! Bought a boat they bought in TN then shipped to MN and sold to me in WI. This was misrepresented and I was told everything was in the jacket I would need to register it. FALSE! It took me almost a year to get it titled and registered. If you buy from them you NEED to do a thorough in person inspection! Never again!

We did not buy it, it was brought to us to sell. This unit sold on 6/30/2021. As of today, 3/14/2024, almost 3 years later, I do not see any notes in our system that ************ reached out to us for assistance with his title issues and/or misrepresentation issues. We would've gladly addressed his issues/concerns head on and worked towards an amicable resolution.

Terrible customer service from the corporate office. Local office here in Phoenix has been helpful but unfortunately their hands are tied as well. Purchased my item in the beginning of August still have not gotten the title. Continue to get the runaround from Minnesota and long story short, they missed, placed it and are in no hurry to correct there mistake. It is now almost mid November and I still have no way of towing my trailer without eights and an expired temporary tag. Very shady company steer Clear. Please do your homework and reach out to DOT. There are avenues that the consumer can take to deal with crooked dealerships.

We acknowledge and apologize the title was sent to the wrong recipient in error. Once discovered, we diligently reached out to the business it was sent to via several emails and voicemails, of which we never received a response. Ultimately, we ordered a duplicate and it should arrive to Mr. E****** by 6:00 PM on 11/14/2023 per USPS Tracking. Lastly, we also acknowledge and apologize for lack of communication with Mr. E****** and have made internal changes as a result. Since 2001, we have processed thousands of titles and unfortunately mistakes do happen. There was never any ill intent in this case. We are not crooked or shady.

This place is the worst. I bought a car from them a year ago that was listed as runs and drives with a misfire and i have since put in a new engine and now i find out the entire suspension is totally shot. I barely got to drive it at all and its a total loss. Plus they charged me 1100 more than the winning bid price. Scammers 1000% do not buy here. Im still paying this car off and i have nothing to show for all my money gone. I wouldnt even give them a star.

This car was purchased on 10/12/2022 (Over 1 year ago). It's a 2011 **** Taurus SHO with ******* miles at that time. We disclosed the following on the auction: "Check Engine Light is on showing code P0303. TPMS light is displayed. Engine is misfiring and produces blue exhaust ********** driven only." Clearly the car had issues and we gave our bidders all the information we had upon inspection including a video of the engine running that shows the engine misfiring/shaking. We did not do a full test drive as stated (Lot driven only). Our fees are clearly shown to all bidders. $513.24 of the "****more" was required sales tax, transfer fees, and county tax. I was high bidder on a VW that was listed as runs and drives. I got a shipper to pick it up and it didn't run. Unfortunately they didn't call me at this point as I would have had some leverage but instead they winched it onto the trailer and delivered it. The car will not crank. I called Cranky ape and asked for the manager. The rep asked me why and I explained it. She put me on hold and spoke to the manager. She said I bought the car as is and they can do nothing for me. I explained that I had bid on a car that ran and had it not I would have bid on it. They repeated I bought it as is. So, I've learned a lesson and I hope you don't have to do the same.

I have bought a few vehicles from Cranky Ape-when I have picked them up they are started by the lot employees and delivered from the storage lot to the front customer pick up area. When my shipper arrived he was informed that they couldn't get the car to start. He then decided to have the secure gate opened by an employee and go into the storage lot and winch the vehicle onto his truck. If anything happened in the week since the auction for the car closed it happened at the hands of an employee of Cranky Ape. I think that if a car is listed as running when its sold should be running when it is picked up. Also I feel that the manager should take the time to talk to his customers rather than have an employee relay the information.

Rick *  I have bought more than half a dozen motorcycles, half a dozen cars a bunch of boats and a couple Highway tractors and have been very satisfied with the descriptions, Some of these folks have to remember this is an auction if you want it like new its going to cost you!
