      In August of 2022, I contacted this company to get a small concrete area done. After they sent a representative to give me a quote and after giving me the quote for the service, the same person showed up and collected $1,600 to start the service.After some lies about what was happening, I called the number informed and I was informed by the owner he was just a "cool" and good boss and he was giving his employer the truck of the company for third-party jobs.The jobs were not done and the person who was at my property left construction planks that he brought using the company truck. Now every week I need to deal with this person through text asking for my money back while the company does not assume responsibility for this act of scam.

      I have no control over what my employees do.  Just because i let them use equipment from time to time does not make me responsible in any way.  I don't know who this guy is and my company is not associated in any way with this person.  Don't know who he is.  Even if my employee signed my company it does not matter.  Nobody but me has that capability.  If it doesn't come from my hand then it didn't happen.  He needs to call the police, not complain about me and my company who he has never met.  People like this drive me bonkers.  Try to drag my name through the mud for absolutely no reason other than thinking they're going to get a payout from me.  Not going to happen.  Maybe next time he will go to BBB to find a real contractor to do his work.
