On September 30, 2024, the business entered into a Consent Order with the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). The Consent Order settles allegations that the business violated Minn. Stat. 326B.082, subd. 11(b)(1)(8)(9); 326B.84 (2)(2022) and Minn. Rule 2891.0040, subp 1 (H)(2021). Under terms of the Order, the business agreed to obtain all required permits prior to beginning construction work in Minnesota and request all inspections in a timely manner. The business will also pay $500.00 of a $2,500.00 fine, with the balance stayed on the condition that they fully comply with the terms of the Order and have no future violations of any laws, rules or orders under DLI authority.
