**** is the biggest ***** you will ever meet! Sold me a van for 3000 that had a blown head gasket. When I called him less then 24 hours after I purchased the van he hung up on me. Most unprofessional and unethical person you will ever meet.

On March 27, 2024 we did sell a 22 year old Van to *****. Now she calls me the biggest ***** she ever knew. On the internet she says that she had the oil changed, and after the oil got changed it was running very rough. But obviously it wasnt running rough prior to that.On the internet she says that I told her that we used the Van to pull trailers that had cars that we purchased. (That is not what I said) However we did use the Van to dead haul the empty car dolly to locations, but never to haul any amount of weight. On the internet she say I was not willing to come down on price, again she is not telling the Truth. I indeed did bring the price down to $2,850 to satisfy her.On the internet she said it was low on antifreeze, and she said it had a blown head gasket. So did it blow a head gasket or not ?, or is it just a possible guess.I asked a semi retired mechanic his opinion, and to check it out. He went to the mechanic shop, the Van started right up. It did not smoke, nor smell like it was burning antifreeze, nor did it bubble from the overflow tank, or even has a exhaust smell in the antifreeze/coolant tank. And also no moisture in the oil filler cap and area. All of these are factors in determining a head gasket. She says I hung up on her when she called me. We had more than 1 phone conversation. It was mostly 1 sided, she kept babbling on and would not listen to me when I tried telling her about a 2nd mechanics opinion. Her phone records will prove we had more than 1 conversationIts unfortunate that she is having problems with the Van. But it did run and work good for us and also when she checked it out and test drove it, before she bought it.In about November we had the crankshaft and or camshaft sensor replaced, as well as doing a New Timing Belt Kit with a New hydraulic tensioner. When she bought the **** it was made very clear there was no warranty on older vehicles, that it was AS IS. With a witness present she readily said I know its AS IS and Im taking a chance but Im going to buy it.This is a 22 year old vehicle, and any vehicle can break down or have problems. It was not represent as like new or anything other than a used **** ******* special about it.I did not and do not talk anyone into any vehicle, I leave them make there own decisions.Ive been in the car business since 1969, and sold thousands of used vehicles. None are New and all will have or will sometime have some type of defect or problem. We abide by all State and Federal Regulations She not only signed the Buyers Guide, but read the back side and asked me if all the things listed could be potential problems. The purchase order says **** AS IS, it also says NO Warranty and she signed the seller disclosure. With all phone and Internet Harassment and False accusations and statements that ***** made against me. I feel that I would have a good legal case against her for more than $5,000

Never ever shop at ****** Auto in **********. I should have thought to check the reviews on ****** before purchasing. We found this ****** Pathfinder on ****etplace. He advertised it as everything was running and working, perfect condition. We then saw it on his website. My husband called and asked him questions a few days before he went up there to buy it. Once we bought it **** deleted the listing on ****etplace and didn't **** it as sold which I thought was strange. He has done this time and time again for probably decades now to numerous people and families. Beware!

On 2-22-2024 we sold a 18 year old ****** Pathfinder for $5,995.oo NOT $7,000.oo to *************************, with the signed purchase order stating AS IS, No warranty as well as the signed Buyers Guide. We also had a verbal discussion of it being AS IS. Im accuse of representing the vehicle as everything being perfect, NO way does that get done on any vehicle that we have or that we sell. (I can retrieve the listing from the sold & deleted vehicle list, which will prove it was not listed in any way or form as perfect or anything close)Some days later ******* called and said that the vehicle would occasionally stop, but would start up again and drive. He said he took it to a mechanic shop, they thought it could possibly be a computer. I told him he could buy a used computer for about $45.oo from a salvage yard. (E-bay has them for $20.oo with Free shipping).I suggested he could get a 2nd opinion by another mechanic. He said he didnt know who, so I gave him the number of a semi retired mechanic near him. ******* had the battery run down, so the mechanic made a house call, and they jump started it. It was determined the alternator was not working properly at the time. ******* asked the mechanic if he thought I would pay for the installation if he would buy a alternator. The mechanic answered he could not speak for me.On Thursday night 3-7-2024 ******* called me about the alternator. I told him that ********************** had a alternator listed for $65.oo, and that they were closed on ******************** Tuesday night 3-12-2024 ******* called me and said that he had no way to get the alternator, and asked me if I would get the alternator for him. So I did, I had it shipped directly to the ***************.. On Wednesday 3-13-2024 ******* called me to confirm it was ordered. (And is still waiting there)******* sent another text to the mechanic to confirm the alternator was ordered and being delivered to the ***************. (I have all the copy of the text between ******* and the mechanic)On the internet ******** wife **** claims that ******* never said anything about a alternator. And says that Im lying . So since I have copies of all the Text messages between the mechanic and ******* having the alternator conversations. Either **** is lying about me, and maybe ******* is Lying to ****. (But either way Im again falsely accused.) And I have proof in writing. This is a 18 year old vehicle, and any vehicle can break down or have problems. It was NOT represented as Like New, Perfect of anything close. It ran good.I did not and do not talk anyone into any vehicle, I leave them make there own decisions.Ive been in the car business since 1969, and sold thousands of used vehicles. None are New any and all have some sort or will at sometime have some sort of problems. We abide by all State and Federal Regulations..******* not only signed the AS IS Buyer Guide, and also the Purchase order states sold AS IS, and he also signed the Dealer Disclaimer AS IS.

Don't listen to anything they say. Go get the vehicle inspected by a third party or record all conversations. A 5k vehicle can run you an additional 3500-5k plus in repairs.I would suggest going to a place that is honest. It's not my problem and I didn't say that or advice on how to ***** rig it is the response
