Well, I was looking at a 2005 **** F-150 at ****'s auto sales in **********, ********* . He was all nice and friend yesterday (May 22 2024) And I decided to a review of ****'s auto sales, most people in the reviews wrote he lies through his teeth. Only thing he cares is getting your money, Once the vehicle off his lot if it breaks down too bad, most of the reviewers reported. Well, I email him what I found about his business to see what people were saying was right. Plus when I talking to him yesterday he kept doing about talk about money. But I then remember what he said, Since we were coming from out of state it was best to get loan approval before we came up it would save lots of time. I wrote him and apologized for the mis understanding.. We called him this morning ( May 23 2024) and he was not very talkative . He did a 180 on us, Showed us his true self like the reviews read, He said he only works with in state ( ********* ) people. No out of state people he told me wife, I called that Discrimination

****************** review is a bit spotty per the many conversations we had with him over the phone and email May 22 and 23rd. Much of the conversation did revolve around money, as he told us he needed to finance part of the vehicle, we tried to stress to him many times, because he did not seem to be comprehending he needed to have his financing in order before driving 7 hours for this truck, and then potentially not being able to take it home with him. We have NEVER told a customer from out of state that we will not do business with them! We have sold many cars to multiple states throughout in the **. What we told ************** and his wife, was that we did not believe the finance companies we work with would lend to someone outside of the adjoining states area, (he also never filled out out online credit application to see if he would be qualified for a loan through them or not) and that since he was from ***********, he should make sure he had financing lined up before driving the 7 hours to buy a truck. As for the reviews he has read, yes, we have some poor reviews from people who were not happy for one reason or another, we also have many 4 and 5 star reviews, and many, many repeat customers in the 29 years we have been in business. We sell used cars, while we try to make sure we find any issues with them prior to listing them for sale sometimes we do have issues that arise after the sale, we try our best to help our customers out with the issues they are having, many times by helping them pay for parts or repairs that are needed, or brining it back to fix the problem ourselves. There may also be some confusion about the reviews ************** was was reading as he asked about our Business name and the name of another used car dealer in ********** who's name is Very Similar to ****'s that does have a reputation of not helping his customers after the sale. We do do our best to meet the needs of our customers and sell quality used vehicles at fair prices, we try to do our best everyday!
