I had purchased a vehicle from this dealership in June of 2023, and sold it in December of 2024. I purchased an extended warranty for this vehicle, and I have been trying to cancel it for a refund since last week. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone other than one individual in the scheduling department, and they advised me that my "best option" is to go into the dealership and get this cancelled. I don't think it should be this difficult to cancel a service contract and, frankly, I think it's ridiculous that the best solution to no one getting back in touch with me after four attempted phone calls, two online inquiries, and two voicemails, is that I have to drive over to the dealership. With both online inquiries submitted, I didn't state anything about wanting to purchase a new vehicle, yet I was contacted twice about purchasing a new vehicle. When I explained to the contact that I needed to speak with someone about cancelling my service contract, I was transferred to a dead phone line. I have not had a single good experience with this dealership. My salesperson wasn't knowledgeable nor helpful with the purchasing process of the vehicle, the service department had been dismissive of my concerns with my vehicle, and now I can't get in verbal contact with anyone about cancelling a contract. I will not accept that their "best solution" is the inconvenience of driving over to the dealership myself.

Customer requested to ****** a warranty that was purchased on a car deal. The customer who initially purchased the car was not the customer reaching out. It was the daughter of the customer who purchased the car, but she was not listed on paperwork. Since customer sent in complaint we have gotten in contact with customer and requested signatures from person on paperwork. the customer sent in required paperwork for us to be able to cancel warranty. The problem has been taken care off and customer is now satisfied.
