    Location : ******************************************************** ON 9/6/23 I went to H313431**383433**3532H in the evening and purchased $15 worth of the food. I kept giving the food back because it was not made the way I asked for it to be made. I waited 30 minutes for the food to be remade. The whole time the manger never remade the food and was sitting in the back procrastinating. He kept telling me he remade the food but kept bringing me back the same old food. I had my son stay inside and wait on the food. When my son brought the food to me it was hot but it was also hard and rubbery, and had been warmed up in the microwave. I&#**;m a truck driver so I called while was on the highway and the gentleman that answered the phone was the manger, who also made the food. He kept lying and giving me different names. I have since been in contact with two managers who called me from personal cell numbers. I have text messages stating I would receive a refund but I haven&#**;t. It&#**;s now been two months and I have not received the refund.
