I am a single mother and a veteran who bought a 2017 GMC Terrain from Wolf Motors. This car has had multiple issues such as head lights going out regularly as well as in internal computer/phone part not working properly. That was livable. I had the check engine light run at a nearby AutoZone. The clerk was very concerned that where I got the car, the technician turned off the check engine light so the issues were never addressed. I can't speak to this, but here we are. The issue now is my 90 day warranty ran out 10 days ago and now I need $3k worth of repairs due to a rear main seal going out as well as the timing chain. I couldn't get the vehicle into their repair shop so they referred me elsewhere. **** won't work with me on this issue. They said they could potentially get me into a different car, but I would have to roll negative equity into it. They act like it's such an imposition for me to be there when I was purchasing the car in the first place. The sales guy named ****** is great. ***** the finance guy is a bear. He is rarely around and always has somewhere he would rather be. Now with all of the issues with the car, they aren't willing to do anything or work with me on finding a solution. I would like my down payment back in addition to my trade in value. I would even be okay with them taking the car back altogether so I can start over somewhere else. My trade in value was $2500 and my down payment was $2000.
