              We hired MN Turff Care to fertilize our lawn. Their guarantee is they will promptly respond to any questions or concerns and will return upon request for follow-up services if you are not satisfied at no charge. After an application we still had weeds so asked them to come back. They did respond and applied another application, however, a week later the grass was dead where they applied it. When I called they said the owner would be out to take a look the next week. The next week came and got a call saying the owner was out of town and it would be another week. We asked for a call before he came so we could be home to talk to him. Didn't receive a call until after he came and he blamed the heat and us for not watering. Our yard is green everywhere but by the boulevard where they put the extra treatment down. He offered to aerate and put seed down the following week. It's been two weeks now and no show or call. It's obvious the grass was killed by the treatment. Poor customer service
