      I also wish to post a warning to never do business with this company. We purchased two sofas for use in our living room. This is a second home and we do not have pets or children. Within a few months of use the seat cushions on both couches started to give way such that when we sit down it feels as if we are going to slide onto the floor. Having asked for a review and settlement via a warranty what we got was a horrible experience with a so-called adjuster/evaluator who dismissed our claim without any real justification. Further we had to pursue Slumberland for the outcome as they never bothered to contact us. Dealing with the Store Manager was even less satisfying as he basically told us too bad about the defective couches. As such this is a warning to others to simply drive by the store and not stop. I wish I had read the BBB reviews before proceeding with the purchase.

      In the middle of a horrible situation. We have an extremely defective piece of “new” furniture, and now Wells Fargo says we owe them payment number one in a few days or a huge interest rate and penalties kick in. When delivered my wife told them it was unacceptable, but the delivery guys refused to take it out of our house. We urge people to not do business with Slumberland. (I would give them a zero star rating, but the system does not allow that, so I gave them one star So I could submit this opinion.)

      We apologize for the issues related to this. A claim was filed for the customer as soon as we were made aware of a potential defect in their sofa.  A replacement sofa was ordered for them.  Our ******************************** will be in touch today to schedule a delivery date.  We will be adjusting the financing as well to ensure the customer is not subjected to any fees or penalties related to the defective sofa.

      I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! THEY PUT SCUFFS ON THE COUCH THEY DELIVERD. AND THE GUYS THAT DELIVERD IT PUT THAT IT WAS DELIVERD WITH SCUFFS IN THE INVOICE, THEY SENT A GUY OUT TO FIX IT BUT HE DIDNT HE SAID IT WAS PET DAMAGE. SLUMBERLAND SAID THEY ARE NOT GOING TO FIX IT AND WONT GIVE ME REFUND. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS HORSE SHIT COMPANY!!! THIS WAS THE NORTH BRANCH SLUMBERLAND

      I had returned a recliner and it's not what I asked for so they took it back then I was talking a manager told him what I needed and wanted. He points me to the most expensive recliner. Told him that's to much. So what does he do put me in a recliner that I can barely fit in. They wouldn't take it back. So I'm not going there to get a recliner.

      worst company ever, purchased a sofa and paid for extended warranty and it broke 10 months later and they are refusing to cover it so now we need to buy a new sofa.

      I would like to make you aware of the manager in your Bismarck ND store. She needs some education on people skills. We recently purchased 2 power lift recliners and 2 accent chairs. When we received the recliners after trying them the first night we found them very uncomfortable. The next morning I called the salesman and asked if we could make a better selection which he agreed to. We went to the store that afternoon and picked out 2 much more expensive recliners. The manager gave us gave us a sermon on how we better like them because this is a one time deal and how she was going to loose money on the recliners we returned. I was in management for 40 years and never talked to a customer like she did. We almost cancelled the whole order. I will not buy at the Bismarck store as long as she is there.

      I will never purchase furniture at Slumberland, Marshall, MN. I ordered a couch and 2 recliners in September 2023; never to be seen. The Marshall store never received the furniture order and when I would call to inquire, all they could tell me the order got "pushed back" or one response was "I tried getting ahold of the company and they never got back to me." I got sick and tired of the excuses as to why the furniture didn't arrive. I paid half down at the time of purchase. When I said I'm tired of waiting, I want my money back, I was told I could only get 90% (not 100) because of "restocking fees". I said wait; restocking? I never got any furniture and never did this store!! The answer was still NO; you only get 90%. Again, NEVER will I buy furniture from this store. I always thought the customer "was right" and we want you to be happy; NOPE, not this Slumberland store. One week has come and gone and my credit card has not been credited. The response was "it might take a few days." Really?! So very, very unhappy!!

      We apologize for the delays in getting the customers order to her. She purchased special order products which are custom made to order. All special-order items are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. This was outlined on both the front and back of the customers sales receipt as well as explained to her at the time of purchase and when the decision was made to cancel her order. When the order was cancelled, the store processed a refund minus a fee of $154.64. The standard 25% cancellation fee for their special order would have been $723.00. The refund was applied back to the customers **** card on 1/5/2024.

      I purchased furniture from this store recently and it was defective. The salesperson told me there was nothing she would do to make it right. Now I understand why this is not an accredited BBB business. I would caution anyone from buying anything here as the quality is poor and the customer service is even worse. I have bought things at the Rockford IL Slumberland and they were wonderful. So you could also just drive 30 minutes to a better store that is honest and stands behind what they sell.

      Purchased loveseat 1/22/23 showed up with nicks in the leather seat marks and rolled padding under the leather. Sales person was dishonest about financing terms. Called for service and have been going back and forth and back and forth with their warranty company for now 10 months! Last technician took the whole couch apart himself in my home and put it back together incorrectly and it has been that way for months. Horrible customer service! Would like my money back!
