    i gave this company $1000 before deciding at the last minute do decline the ALL treatments. I've been repeatly told that I will be refunded, but its been 3 weeks and no refund.The contract clearly states that if no treatments are performed, all money will be *********** this time, I still hopeful that a refund will be awarded.

    A refund was executed on 11-5-24 for this patient. He will receive funds on 11-6-24 back to his credit card. I am e-mailing a refund receipt to this patient.

    I went to ** for an alternative for my right arthritic hip in Dec 2023. I heard the radio ads and was considered a candidate for their treatments. Did 5 treatments for $9000, which got approved thru their loan company Security ********** via monthly payments of $398.83. Last treatment was May 21. Still feeling pain I went to my doctor on Aug 27 where my X-rays revealed no remedy from my QC visits and recommended I see an Orthopedic doctor asap. I told ***** ******* at QC Maple Grove who told his boss **** Means of my situation. I also requested a refund from the *******************. **** responded that they cannot offer a refund since the treatments have been completed. So I have made 8 payments of $3,190.64. Still on the hook for $5,809.36 remaining. ******************* suggested to continue paying to not affect my credit rating. My complaint is if these treatments they claim have gotten thousands of satisfied customers they should reimburse if it doesn't work per se my X-rays
