  I cannot recommend Turnkey Restoration highly enough. From the first contact through the entire project our project manager Joel, as well as all other Turnkey reps and sub-contractors, acted with the utmost professionalism. They were extremely responsive to any questions (handled by texts or returned calls) - usually within minutes of the questions being posted. The project was initiated quickly and was completed exactly on time. Once completed, Joel stayed in contact to make sure we were completely satisfied. They also followed up weeks after the project was wrapped up to pass along rating changes for the building materials used that would allow us to receive additional discounts on our homeowners insurance. Excellent, friendly service and quality workmanship. I will definitely seek out Turnkey Restoration for any future home projects.

  Earlier this year I was approached by a local roofing company offering a full assessment and replacement of my roof. I was very skeptical because the current roof was only 10 years old. Plus, before the reviewer came to our house we had 3 other reviewers from the same company stop by to assess the roof. They were acting independently and the original person who I had made an appointment with had no idea they were coming. They had stopped by on their own to commandeer the business. Despite all working for the same company. I started receiving endless text messages from the company wanting another appointment. I called my Insurance company and explained things. I asked for their recommendation for a roof damage evaluator. They suggested Turkey restoration. We started working with Ariana Applewhite. Smartest thing we could have done! Honest, hard working, very knowledgable and very thorough. I was still a little skeptical about roof damage but she showed me and explained everything. She even found things I had missed. From that point on she held us by the hand and walked us through the process. Turkey did a fantastic job. Every thing looks great. I would not use anyone else. Thank you.

  Well, I can't speak for others, but Turnkey did a great job replacing my roof in a very timely fashion. It was less than a 2 weeks from getting the first estimate to having the roof replaced, including coordinating with my insurance. They were responsive when I had questions and I'll be using them again for any other projects I need done.

  Can’t believe these reviews. This is a high pressure B.S. company. They do not return phone calls in a timely fashion. And when they do, they either use someone else’s phone or an unregistered phone. This is a husband & wife team and she does all the talking. The owner, Spencer, appears to be non-existent. I was told four times that he would call . He did not. They use sub-contractors, and cannot tell you when the work will get done. There is still snow on the roofs and yet they are too busy to even return phone calls. Don’t waste you time with these clowns. They claim to be SELA on a more personal scale. Get someone with more knowledge. This is a sales team plain and simple.

  ******,I am responding to your review. Turnkey Restoration is not a high pressure company. ** don't understand what you mean by this as you were the one that called our office multiple times over months and have never pressured you to do anything sir. ** have never met you nor performed work on your home. Every time you have called we have called you back in a timely fashion although you were very rude and disrespectful. The last time you called ******* and I were on vacation. ******* returned your call on Tuesday, one day after we returned. ** return calls and emails in the order they were received. None of our phones are unregistered and we don't use someone else's phone. ** don't understand that comment. Employees have personal cell phones that *** be registered in their signatifcant others names if that is what you are referring to. Yes we are a husband and wife team as a family owned business. ******* answers the company phone so yes she would be doing the talking. I was never told to call you. When you spoke to two other employees on separte calls you requested to talk with *******. Do you recall who you spoke with when you requested to speak with me on four occasions?Yes we use sub contractors. Every GC in the *********** uses sub contractors due to work loads. ** can definitely tell when work will be performed but you unfortunately refused to tell us on the five interactions exactly what work you wanted performed. ** never mentioned Sela in any of our calls so we are not sure where this came from. In summary, every employee I spoke with that talked to you told me the same thing, you were completely rude, disprectful, and swearing. You were also rude and disrespectul to my wife ******* who ultimately told you during the last call that we are going to exercise our right as a small business to Not work with you. I assume that is what prompted your review. I stand behind my wife with her decision to tell you that we will not be doing business with you and don't take it lightly when people disrespect our team, let alone my wife. -Spencer *********

  Denial will not bring you respectability. Nor will false accusations. Either someone (or a few people) are lying to you or you are a fool. I asked to speak to you several times. Either you did not get the message or you chose to ignore several requests. I think most people will see you for what you are. By the way, did you write your own reviews. In addition, I informed your wife that I would not work with a company that was not completely above board. Best of Luck! With that outfit you have there, I think you will need it.
