    I have attempted several times to get ahold of this company to schedule a pickup of the rental forklift. No one has called me back or emailed me back. I am not paying for this piece of equipment once my lease is done. They have a little over a month before that ends and I just want to return this piece of equipment or at the very least setup a pick up date that they can pick up their equipment.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    We were told when we initially signed up for the lease that we could get out of the lease at any time  minus the money we already paid. Heres 4 or more years have gone by with numerous calls and no response ever except to tell us we had to have the lease for 4 to 5 years and no option to refund some of our money and we were told today we should have just called! Are u kidding me??? So no, Im not happy with ur response. You willingly took our money never offered to at least try to make this right and make it seem like we made no effort? This is the worst company I have had to deal with.
