  American Parts Warehouse Just another company trying to sell their 3rd world product to dealerships. I have informed the company twice in a 10 day span that I was not interested. At this point (As I informed the caller) my only recourse is to start logging the time and date of the calls, and once I have several then I will move forward with harassment. The last time I checked it was a substantial amount of money per call that they will owe. So I hope someone with American Parts Warehouse reads this and takes action. If not my Christmas bonus is looking better and better. So Take My Chevrolet Store In ******* ******* Off Of Your List!

We take pride in both the level of service and quality of products we provide to our customers. We respectfully disagree with any perception of "3rd world product" as we represent many top quality lines including genuine ACDelco product for ************** applications.While we regret we will not have an opportunity to demonstrate to ************ the level of service and quality we offer, we have honored his request and have removed his contact from our systems so the business he represents will not be called by our representatives moving forward. As our information is updated periodically in the future we of course cannot guarantee that his name will not reappear, but we will be happy to remove him if he makes the request.We appreciate your feedback as we continue to train our representatives to provide the best service possible for our customers and potential customers.

  This company has taken lessons from "How to scam a car dealership 101". They will call in asking if you'd like to order some off-name aftermarket parts like headlight bulbs for instance; you'll tell them "NO I AM NOT INTERESTED". they'll send them anyway and a lovely overpriced bill to your accounting department as well. They are NOT a legitimate business. DO NOT trust them under any circumstance! If you are lucky enough to be able to speak to a human there expect them to address you by racial slurs and every profane word known to man. Canceling your account usually involves them sending you even more junk and another bill with fake phone numbers. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

  American Parts Warehouse has a long history of servicing our customers while providing quality product at a good value. Based on the limited information provided, we believe we have identified which customer Mr. Moore represents. We've sold that customer once, a small order for some batteries. It is not uncommon for there to be confusion at a business when product is received given the multiple vendors and buyers involved. It appears this is an instance when there is confusion on both aspects. Mr. Moore references multiple shipments including headlights. American Parts Warehouse has only sold this business one time, never including headlights, so it seems probable that Mr. Moore may have us confused with another vendor. Also, the order that was placed was ordered by someone other than Mr. Moore. We are working with the person who authorized the order and anticipate this issue will be resolved to everyone's satisfaction. We appreciate and respect Mr. Moore's input, and are working to resolve the issue. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, we will certainly issue full credit for merchandise that is returned.

  Second response, if you'd like your product back you'll need to send me shipping labels to do so. I'm not paying for something I never approved to be ordered.

  American Parts Warehouse certainly apologizes for any confusion surrounding us, but at this point we are completely unaware of any product this customer may have from us. The one invoice for batteries was returned and credited in full on February 7, 2023. We currently have no open invoices for this account, so we cannot comment on what headlights he may have, or where they may have come from. It's always possible we're missing something in researching this, and if we learn what that is we will certainly handle it appropriately, but at this point the one invoice we had to this account has been returned and credited, no balance due, nothing more for us to address.
