To say my experience was xxxx would be the biggest understatement of my lifetime. It was the absolute worst experience.... It was the absolute worst used vehicle.... I was lied to and conned into believing that by them simply adding more Freon that the cooling issue would be taken care of..... NOTHING COULD HAVE BEEN FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH. Sure I'll give them credit that they added coolant so it was cool....but ONLY ON MY DRIVE HOME. The next morning.... nothing.... no cold air at all. Wasted my time by calling them bc i was told there was nothing they could do or would do bc "i had already bought the day before as is". So if that slap in the face wasn't bad enough.....then one issue after another came flooding in. And when i say flooding i do mean FLOODING. After an evening of rain i go to leave in my HOT CAR only to find that the back floor board behind my driver seat is COMPLETELY FULL OF WATER.....2 1/2 gallons to be exact ! The entire vehicle had to be gutted to dry everything out to avoid an electrical fire and/or mold issues. Never could find the cause and it continued to take in water up until i finally junked the piece of xxxx. After the flooding issue then i had electrical issues and NONE i repeat NONE OF MY WINDOWS worked. So.... here i am in a black car (inside & outside) with NO AC and NO WINDOWS THAT WOULD OPEN all in the middle of summer in Minnesota. The list goes on and on with all the issues I had with this vehicle. They don't deserve even just a 1 star rating...I would give them NOTHING. ZIP ZERO for all that they gave me...... I got screwed. BIG TIME. NEVER EVER AGAIN. STEER CLEAR ! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is a complete joke.....shady at best.

My name is Ron and I am writing in response to Ms. ********* complaint. Ms. ******* Came to our dealership on 6-8-19 and test drove said 00 Pont with approx 100k, the car was 20 yrs old and she was 56 ish. Our asking price was 4950 and she offered 4500 plus tax and fees. Sadly and apparently she has been disgusted with her purchase. We also are very disappointed for her sake. This car was equipped with a factory sunroof and unfortunately if the drain tubes plug they may leak into car. Had Ms. ******* contacted us near time of sale rather that more than 2 years after we may have been able to help her diagnose to issue even though she purchased it as is at a discount. Our ac tech did charge her ac for her, that may have needed more attention. If you read her comments you may guess that Ms. ******* most likely didn't handle that well either. We have many more happy customers than unhappy, we receive letters and thanks often but 20 plus year old cars have wear and tear, we help most that ask and few that demand and have disillusionments of what is fair and just. Pretty much, attitude and demeanor is important. An old vehicle sold as is at a discount does not get free repairs made after purchase by demand and using insults, that would not work for me or you either. Again we are sad about her disappointment and hope that all goes well for her in the future elsewhere.
