    My vehicle was picked up on January-25-2022.- First Payment of $600 was on 03/16/2022, vehicle was not ready to be picked or or fixed.- Second payment of $300 April-3rd-2022. Picked up my vehicle and was told it was fixed. - The Night of April 13th 2022, broke down, due to the same problem. He picked up the vehicle on April 14th 2022, around 6:00PM. ***** still has my vehicle and has not given any information about what is going on or what will be done. Communication with this process has been terrible on his end. I have mad plenty of phone calls and visits attempting to get in contact with him, about the situation.- In January when we spoke about the vehicle, he said he ran a diagnostic on the vehicle and he had said, it was the timing chain. ***** stated that he could be able to fix it.- ***** has taken much of my time and has not fixed the problem. As well as not having any communication about the situation this entire time.- When ***** last picked up the vehicle there was a remaining balance of $500 for the vehicle. I informed ***** that I will pay the remaining balance, once we hear from him and the vehicle is fixed. 05/03/2022.
