I've rented a boat from ************* and within an hour of driving the boat, it broke down and the staff had to tow us back to the dock.I've spent $386.48 to rent the boat and they are reluctant to refund my money.They added $150 to my ********* account and they want me to spend more book a new ride to use that money.Why should I spend more for their mistake

This customer filed a credit card dispute and the matter is being reviewed. In the meantime the credit card company has pulled the funds from our account and has to decide what they are going today before we can refund or issue credits accordingly.
