    When I made appointment and gave them our insurance info, they told me that they accept our insurance and all the lab expenses would be covered. It turns out this is NOT the case. I had to pay over $500 out of our pocket. Very unprofessional practice!!! DOUBLE TRIBLE CHECK THE COST OF VISITS BEFORE YOU GO.
