  I'd give these guys no stars if I could. They do not contact you. Like previous reviews they hang up before you can get to the phone and do not leave any sort of message. When I was first contacted by them I was hesitant because I believed all my medical bills were paid. I requested some documentation and received nothing. Just want to know what I'm paying for. Paid over half expecting to see something regarding my bill. Nothing! One missed call that I can recall and now I'm being sued. Haven't heard from this company in probably a year and now this. Terrible company and apparent company policies. I've never ran from a bill I owe and to be treated like this is disgusting. Good luck to anyone who tries to deal with these guys.

  They call and call and do not leave a message. When you call back, they do not tell you the reason for the call, only “annotating” I refuse to provide information. Obviously, I’m not providing my full name, date of birth, and last 3 known addresses to an unknown entity when they do not disclose who they are and why they are calling. They say to collect a debt - the one that doesn’t show on my credit reports and I’ve spoken to no one else…sure. They are a scam.

  Reliance Recovery is putting my medical bills from my kids in their names. My daughter turned 18 during her senior year in high school and now they are putting unpaid bills in her name instead of me who is the policy holder. This is a dirty collection tactic

  With Reliance using this dirty collection tactic, they are risking high school students future. I had open heart surgery and later cancer.? Im trying very hard to pay my medical bills. The debt is MY debt under MY insurance policy and my daughter should be left out of it!
