They call and then hang up before you phone even has time to ring in order to answer it.Review from Jessica H

They call and call and do not leave a message. When you call back, they do not tell you the reason for the call, only “annotating” I refuse to provide information. Obviously, I’m not providing my full name, date of birth, and last 3 known addresses to an unknown entity when they do not disclose who they are and why they are calling. They say to collect a debt - the one that doesn’t show on my credit reports and I’ve spoken to no one else…sure. They are a scam.

*******,We did not leave voice messages previously because it violated privacy rules which Reliance, as a third-party collections agency, has to abide by. Reliance Recovery is putting my medical bills from my kids in their names. My daughter turned 18 during her senior year in high school and now they are putting unpaid bills in her name instead of me who is the policy holder. This is a dirty collection tacticReliance Recoveries Response

With Reliance using this dirty collection tactic, they are risking high school students future. I had open heart surgery and later cancer.? Im trying very hard to pay my medical bills. The debt is MY debt under MY insurance policy and my daughter should be left out of it!Review from Nate L

I paid a past due medical bill on behalf of my son and their automated system told me that the amount due was $1204. Actual amount charged was $1594. Based on this I would urge caution for anyone paying by credit card over the phone. System appears to be unreliable.Reliance Recoveries Response
