After 7 months of waiting I received a puppy that was supposedly guaranteed tested for service dog temperament for $3000. After a year of A LOT of training, mostly involving obedience and targeted behavior it was clear he was not going to be a service dog, nowhere near. ************** is well loved and cared for, exercised regularly and given lots of stimulation daily through training and play. He has targeted behavior conditioning training every day as well. So after a year I reached out to the owner with a specific need for advice on ***************** and trying to take down anyone or anything that runs. He knows specific safe words as well but is not able to pay attention as his instinct to take down anything that runs is incredibly high. He has bitten and hurt my children many times and took down my youngest brother who is 64 with no warning. This dog is a part of our family regardless of how much time I now have to take away from my daughter with special needs and physical disability to supervise, train, and redirect ***** on a daily basis. The owners response to this solicitation for advice was to have his attorney answer his phone (whom he is now claiming I never talked to), tell me that I conditioned the dog to have these behaviors, bashed the trainers without even knowing who any of them were or what training tactics they used, and is now telling straight lies in response to my negative ****** review. If you read other reviews he has a clear pattern of trying to defame any person who leaves a less than satisfactory review. 1) Despite training and a loving and supportive home this dog has very heavy prey drive that causes injury despite training 2) The owner has clearly heard this before and only seems to care that people dont complain to him or anyone else 3) Lying and borderline bullying people who are not happy with their experience is just plain unethical and shady We as consumers have a right to share our honest experiences without fear of tyranny!

Minnesota K-9 Solutions and ******************************** we're under contract to have their dog trained by our staff at 18 weeks of age. ******************* avoided our repeated attempts to contact her over the course of a full year before bringing this matter to our attention. At which time we offered and are still offering to have ****************** bring her dog in for our staff to evaluate the dog's alleged behavioral condition. ****************** refuses to bring her dog in for us to attempt to counter condition behaviors that *** have been caused by unqualified dog trainers. It appears that ****************** is solely intent on causing reputational harm to Minnesota K-9 Solutions ******************************** Minnesota, as well as defaming and perpetrating relentless attacks directed towards the owner of the company.

Defamation is the act of communicating to a third party false statements about a person, place or thing that results in damage to its reputationTelling the truth NOT defamation! I have the right as a consumer to truthfully share experiences I have had without being bullied. Responding to reviews with with lies is defamatory.
