I have been shopping at Sun Foods located on university for the convenience of ********* products, Along with a large order of prawns. I somehow forgot something on my list and went back through the line with the same cashier. He then asked me if i forgot something, I then replied what are you talking about? He said it once or twice not knowing I forgot my shrimp. I went all the way home and notice I didn't have my shrimp and drove all the way from *********** to St. ****, mind you I did not receipt, but when I went to talk to manager, he asked for the receipt. I explained to him I do not have it, but I can show him my transaction from my bank, which was a single item transaction. The large shrimp in the amount of $9.99 with tax $10.78 or 9. He told me he needs to see the physical receipt. I paid with a debit card it has the amount and dat and name of the store. Either refund or prepare another order for **** didn't appreciate the cashier playing guessing games, like I was on a game show. He should had said you forgot something or you forgot this and gave me what I initially paid for. He needs to be fired or reprimanded or retrained. Also i should not had been questioned if I showed the manager the bank transaction. It would be appreciative if this issue can be resolved. Thank you!
