      The Miracle Ear center in ******** was very helpful after purchase. Hearing aids were a new experience for use.The staff at the center was very professional with training. If we had a issue we could come to the center right away to fix the issues. The staff was friendly and addressed the problem right away.We also used the center in ******* with the same results

      The hearing aid never fit properly and no adjustments were offered. Then we got a phone call and an offer to fix the problem. We set up an appointment, drove 120 miles only to find no one at their office. The company said they tried to reschedule but that is not the case. Highly disappointed with the product and the service.

      Hi, I went to the Minnetonka office. It is one star, because the testing was good, and the hearing aid work well. 2 hearing aids and a charger abd free visits for cleaning for I don't know how long were over $6000. In hindsight, I wish I would have returned them. Friends are very happy with their *******bought hearing aids for less than 1/3 that price. I wish now that I would have asked about the price at the beginning of the visit. Please go elsewhere for your hearing aids, or you'll have regrets like me. Muracle Ear charged me way too much, and like a sucker, I let them rip me off. I had 45 days to return them and I didn't. I regret that, too. I just wanted to warn others. I wish I would have looked them up first on the BBB website, it didn't occur to me! No MN Miracle Ear office gets a good rating, if they are approved. Most aren't even BBB approved, even! Woe is me.

      My Husband ordered new hearing aids from the ********** store. Because they didn't have anyone to accept the delivery of his hearings aids, they were returned. He had a family emergency so corporate hired a gal but she was only there part of the time. Husband had an appointment, the audiologist's boss was there, couldn't find anything on Husband's hearing aids so was going to look into it and call him. He never did. My Husband has left a message but no return call. This office is ran very poorly

      The hearing and instrument specialist is very helpful and thorough. His name is **** ******* . But the sales person ****** ******* is a very tricky salesman. Doesn't give you a chance to voice your opinion. He said my left hearing aid not working they get like that with age n need a new one . Suggested to get the medium price one but up to me to get the cheaper one . By that time he sold me the medium one . Never stop talking until you sign n then he keeps quiet. Never asked if I could fixed the old one and Miracle Ear tells you to get insurance after 3 yrs in case they go bad . This is my last hearing aid from them .

      This is a warning for all of you - do not use MIRACLE EAR for hearing tests and aids. I received an offer in the mail for a free hearing test plus a $50 gift certificate for Olive Garden. Since I'm old (77) and have never had a hearing test done, I went in. I can't comment on how good the test was because I had never had one before, but when I was done she showed me how my hearing was diminishing slightly, and then without pausing laid out the plan for me to pay over $200 a month for 44 months to get them. I told her no, my insurance pays $4000 yearly towards hearing aids (UHC). She said NO, INSURANCE DOES NOT PAY FOR HEARING AIDS - IT IS ONLY A DISCOUNT. That is a flat out lie - my neighbor 6 months ago got hearing aids valued at $4000 and didn't pay a *****. She told me I was wrong. Then without really letting me talk she got my month payment down to $103 a month. I said NO I am living on SS and can't afford that. My insurance will cover it. She insisted that insurance does not cover hearing aids. I left with a very bad taste in my mouth, came home to find out via email that I had been approved for a $5000 line of credit from some obscure bank I have never heard of or applied to. Deep digging into ****** (I couldn't get a person to talk to me on the phone) showed that this company Comenity Healthiplan does the financing for Miracle ear, which proved they gave MY information to this company - my social security number etc. - to them without my authorization. After posting a negative YELP review I was contacted from some bigwig from Miracle Ear which tried to justify everything. I just now got off the phone with her after I basically hung up and told her I was going to leave bad reviews everywhere I could think of. I did get the Olive Garden certificate BTW and have used it. I am writing this while it is all fresh. If you have any questions, please post them here.

      Had a great experience with Miracle-Ear. Did a super job testing my ears and getting the right hearing aid for myself. The last company we received a hearing aid from, did no testing and we had trouble with them after a short time. **** ******, HIS, did a great job testing, fitting and explaining everything. I am totally greatful for the time he spent with me. *********** is the best.****** location.

      My husband answered an ad for free hearing aid help. He was set up with appointments at a local miracle ear store. After all was said and done the fitted him with hearing aids and was promptly charged ******* dollars which they would charge a 29% interest fee. He is retired and his monthly income is ******* and they set him up with ****** dollar a month payments. We can't afford that what happened to the free help. There was never mention of the ********************** or any financial help at all. He was mislead by this company and he/we need this resolved.

      Had ********************* aids dropping out not holding charge. I was told they could send them out for repair and it would take 1 week to a week and a half. When I brought them in, I was told one and a half weeks to 2 weeks. Have entered the third week now and all they tell me is that they will call when they get them back. This has been a terrible experience, not being able to hear, staying home instead of going to church or out with friends.

      My father experienced elder abuse by the ********************************** at Miracle Ear. Called my father OLD over and over again and said he has dementia and kicked him out of his office after 10 min. He said you're not my client and I would never have sold these to you because your OLD. My dad needed help but he continued to berate him with elder abuse terms.. Then he became very angry at my father and words were said in the waiting room. Then I spoke to his boss at Miracle Ear and all she said she could offer was to go to another office. And that what my father and his companion (who was also there and traumatized) experienced was not what she heard from that office and that it was "he said she said"....So she did not hear my side nor care about my side at all. I said how about an apology and she said I'm sorry. I asked if she could email an apology to my father and she said that's not going to happen. Miracle Ears website says we treat you like family. I would not want to be in their family. My dad can barely even tell the difference with Miracle Ear and says it doesn't work. I think it's a sham and to stay far away. Clearly other reviews feel the same way. Very disappointed in this company. I would rate 0 stars if I could.
