      First, it does not surprise me that Park Nicollet/Health Partners is NOT BBB Accredited. Had I known this, I would have never started going to this health care provider. I last went there in June of 2024 for my annual preventative care appointment. This is the same annual appointment that I have scheduled for 30+ years with no billing problems. When I received my bill, I immediately noticed that I was billed for two appointments, including my preventative care visit and an additional office visit. I have tried now for over 9 months to correct their billing error, which I have now determined to be quite deceptive and intentional. I have had no luck with any of the customer service representatives to correct their billing error and I had only received more deception from Park Nicollet. I have merely been informed that my doctor discussed with me issues not covered in a preventative care visit, so I was billed for an extra visit. I would caution anyone that is searching for an honest health care provider to avoid Park Nicollet/Health Partners. Search for a health care provider that is BBB Accredited with a history of honesty and a good reputation. I am not surprised that we are in a health care crisis.

      I spent 2 days of round the circle phone calls within the park Nicollet health partners system requesting my charges for ******** covered items be resubmitted to ********* The answer was no. looks like you are stuck with this bill. There was no attempt to try to understand the mixup. No help whatsoever..persons just passed me around with different phone numbers resulting in a full repetitive circle. This company is a huge entity that looses sight of being helpful!!!!!!

      Worst organization ever. Do not go here. Providers will have appointments with patients who are under legal guardianship and then staff will disregard you when you bring up concerns about this and the guardian not having an interpreter present when needed. The staff will blame you about the interpreter not being present. Joke of a clinic.

      I worked for Park Nicollet for 4 years and although I was pleased with my learning and growth, the leadership and management was absolutely awful! Nobody cared about you as an individual and was a toxic environment to be around. Most days was filled with anxiety and stress which led me feeling unwanted and unappreciated. Too many times I would discuss certain concerns and it would get dismissed or overlooked. **** would come off as nice to your face but then talk behind your back to fellow co-workers which is unprofessional. Our department wasn't unified or balanced. There was a lot of favoritism amongst the woman and it was not good.

      Scheduling people are condescending. (******) I've now had 2 instances with operators who are nasty. I've never had complaints with Park Nicollet before. I don't know if this is Health Partners protocol.

      CPAP Services at Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital is definitely the worst to work at. Everyone is under trained and management just seems to run things on the fly. Always power tripping because the Manager (*******************) is under so much stress over nothing.Manager *******************, at the ******************* location just pretends to work while front line is in shambles. Everyone is under so much stress because the turnover rate is so bad that the management thinks it's ok to make profit off patients.This isn't a business, it's a service to help patients with sleep apnea.I wouldn't recommend working here because everyone is so egocentric that they can't give proper service to their patients. Management is filled with passive aggressive who needs therapy for their personal issues.

      I am appalled by this organization. I had just moved to Minnetonka from ********** and needed my simple prescriptions renewed and wax removed from my ears. Consequently, I booked an appointment with my new family ******* ******************** Everything went well until I received the bill which was $951! I asked for it to be reviewed. But no, they claim this outrageous bill is valid.

      Since Health Partner's took them over, they have been run into the ground. For an in-person visit, I have to wait 4 months to see my primary care physician. 2 months for a phone or video visit. I have had to wait a year to see a psychiatrist since my other Dr. retired. That NEVER happened prior to Health Partner's mis-management. I know why they want you to do a video visit. They can cram you through faster. The appointment scheduler almost admitted it. Hands-on visits take longer. So what is missed when a Dr. doesn't do a physical exam? A breast lump? One hand that doesn't squeeze as strongly as another? Unsteady on your feet? All symptoms of serious diseases that no phone or video can pinpoint. Find another health care provider. After 25 years with Park Nicollet, I am.

      I had HP insurance from January-June, and during that time I had surgery at a HP clinic. As a result of a lack of information and timely responses to phone calls during my surgery recovery, I had to go to the *** Since that time, I have received bill after bill after bill in a completely unorganized way. The insurance policy, and my experience with HP hospitals and clinics has been awful.

      I waited for THREE hours to barely be looked at after suffering a horrible SCABIES rash from county jail for several WEEKS. The woman with cute purple fake nails thought prescribing steroids after STATING this could very likely be SCABIES to TRY IT would be the best treatment plan for me. I TRIED it then continued to SUFFER and had to GO BACK IN TO BE seen by a health care PROVIDER instead of a HEALTH CARE ******** and be PROPERLY diagnosed and TREATED. I will never go to Park Nicollet urgent care EVER AGAIN to have my time WASTED and to not even be cared about on a basic human level.
