      We bought the *** wellness machine at the state fair in September of 2023. In the past month or two the motor has burnt out. I was in touch with customer service and was told let me look into and Ill get back to you but a few weeks later I still havent heard anything. Ive called several times, left messages and also texted the sales representative and Im not getting any responses. We spent $3500 on a machine that we may have used for ******************************************************** communication and a machine that isnt working.

      06-11-2021 we purchased a health smart walk in bathtub from M&E sales in *********** **. For $1500.00 and were told by ***** that the door seal had a lifetime guarantee and the jet pump had a 1 year gurantee. We installed the tub in our bath room in June of 2021. Parts were supposed to be availible. In late January the tub started to leak at the bottom of the door. Called m&e sales and talked to *****. He said the seal was part of the door and came as one unit. I said we should try and replace the door hindges first because the top hinge had wear in it. We would pay for the hindges , but the door assy. And seal was under warrantee. He said he would call me back with parts cost and availibity. He never called me back and we can't use the tub because it leaks. I have called him several times and also e-mailed him several times. Also called his office manager 2 times. She has also e-mailed him 2 times. No results. Since then the drain broke also. Need parts so we can repair the tub and use it.

Didn't receive the door and seal, just the seal. If the seal can be replaced without the door I need instructions on how to do this. Still need 2 new door hindges.please advise.****

      Hi, you only need to replace the door seal.  Peel/cut off the old door seal, leaving a clean surface.  Apply the new door seal with caulk, let the caulk dry, apply caulk to any other areas necessary.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. We will have to see if we receive the parts they say they shipped on April 7 2023 . also if they are the right parts. I will let you know. ****

      On Thursday, June 16th 2022, I plugged my Raptor ************** in to change as I had done countless times over the years I've owned it. Less than 3 hours later my wife and I were awoken by our fire alarm system. The house was full of smoke and the motor of the scooter started fire,The house was uninhabitable and needed to be professionally cleaned as there is a layer of soot on everything. There is also unsalvageable damage to the carpet and interior of home. I have been in contact with the company via email and requesting full reimbursed for the scooter as well as compensation for the carpet replacement and necessary cleaning. Estimates were provided and they have not returned my correspondence in months.

      On 10/15/2021 I was told by ***** at M & E Sales that she would create a return ***** ticket for me. I offered to return it myself, but she said that that wouldn't be necessary and she would take care of it. ***** came and picked it up. When I hadn't received the return ticket by 10/21, I called again. It was then sent. On 11/25 I asked if the refund of $1260.24 had been processed yet. She apologized saying she had been out of the office and would process immediately. On 12/15 I received $704.15 credited back to my ***** I am still owed an additional $556.09. I would like the entire $1260.24 due to me. I have been told that ***** is no longer with the company.

      I was not aware that ***** would not be refunding me what I paid in full when purchased. All conversations with ***** were sincere and it was never even spoken that you would be keeping 45%. She was more than happy to assist and was empathetic with each conversation.

      I purchased a five-star scooter from a vendor. The front tire tube was flat. So I sought replacement tubes. I ordered 2X Front Tire Tubes 48vbikes 13, at ***** a piece. Early in October, I received one package from ********* with one tube. Since then I have tried to request correction with this company. I have left four messages. I spoke with a woman this past Monday, 11th of October, who said she would look into it. Now they will not respond. I am sure that they are now non-compliant with following up. Please be aware that this small matter shows how they operate their customer service. They accept the funds but do not follow up with the product.Thank you.
