      Day 4 of my overnight shipping hasn't arrived yet. And my account not only has the money taken out of my account but ****** also has a hold on money out of my account for double... horrific customer service and nobody can even tell me if my package has even shipped yet. Starting to see why all the stores closed up shop... won't be long and their online will be gone.. be shocked if they even exist in 2023

      ******** leather does not care of customers or their business. I purchased a beautiful leather jacket for husband in June 2021 with a one year guarantee. The jacket wasn't wear very much because we wanted to keep it for special events. I contacted the company on 3 Jan 2022 about the issue with the jacket. The company does not hold up to their promises. After a number of emails and sending the pictures of the jacket to them. I also called them a number of times only to be put on hold for 30 minutes and hung up on. I was informed that it was elevated to corporate, not just once but twice. It would only take up to 7 days to review. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager to get hold of. Then on the last call, I informed the lady that I wanted to speak to a manager before contacting bbb and got a guy named ****. He informed me that he was a manager but couldn't do anything. He gave me a website and phone number for corporate of which didn't answer. This has been going on for 38 days now. I have never had to report a company to bbb so this sad. I pray that someone in charge of this company would take the time to make this right. I hope and pray that other people who only wants to purchase a gift for someone special doesn't have to go thru this. *****

      Placed an order about three weeks ago, the money was marked as pending in my account for 5 days, then was released only to have that happen again for another 5 days. After multiple times emailing them to have the order cancelled after reading multiple reviews on their terrible service, they decided to respond only with an email saying the order was shipped. The order was then left at their warehouse to not get shipped for another few days. Today 1-11-22 I called customer service to be told that I have to wait for the packed then return it to get the refund without any idea of when it may arrive. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there is no supervisor in at the moment. I highly recommend against doing business with them.

      Ive ordered a leather jacket on 12/10/21. A Christmas gift for my daughter. It arrived within 5 days, but the company sent me a damaged item (had water stains on it). Disappointed, I returned jacket via *** store. I chatted with rep *** who guaranteed me that I will receive a full refund of $117.54 on my bank account. I chatted with *** again via instant messaging on *** of days ago concerning the status of my refund. He asked me to be patient due to delays and to contact **************** if a refund has not been issued on Jan. 3rd, 2022. On January 5th I contacted **************** concerning the refund which still hasnt reached my bank account. Theyve escalated the matter, and I should see a refund within 2-3 business days. Ive never had trouble with issuing a return/refund as with this company. I just want my money back!
