4 starsTaxi driver was great tonight. He did what I asked him to do. I had my PCA client in cab and had driver take him to motel in st.paul and make sure that he got in his wheelchair and inside before he left. Thank youReview fromBob C

I think blue and white taxi has got to be one of my favorites I like the fact they text me when on the way and call when they arrive I've lever been late for an appointment and I'm never left outside waiting for them I'd give them 6 stars if I could. 100% recommendation and I'll continue using this company in the future.Blue & White Taxi

1 starThey don’t know how to drive, any of them. They are always on their phone. I have almost been in several accidents because they cut semi drivers off waiting to get on 494 west from 35w South. They are never on time and right now my daughters ride is 1 hour and 5 minutes late to pick her up, she is late for her mental health class and the phone just keeps ringing and ringing and nobody is answering ur. They also are fraudulent benefiting off of the insurance company. Oh and they accept rides and then they sit in the same location for 15 minutes, I call and then they have to release the ride so another driver can accept it. Unprofessional business that doesn’t even know how to operate.Review fromF. S.

The driver ran the time meter and lagged in my parking lot to run up to $4 and then sped. When I feared my safety he told me he wouldn’t let me out so I jumped out the car. He then followed me down the street, put his car in front of me and I had to call 9-1-1- because of his freakish behavior. Then he told the police he wanted $10 more! I didn’t even get to my destination! He showed us the meter and it was still running in front of us! I gave him $5 to leave me alone! When I wrote a bad review Jeremy the manager kept emailing me back saying he watched me on video! Creepy dudes!!!Blue & White Taxi

Hi ******, you are right I did pull the video to validate the story. I am not sure if it was an oversight on your end, but a taxi meter is both time and meter. It takes quite a long wait to jump to $4. When the driver was driving you, you jumped out at a stop light, which is theft of service. The cops did arrive and sided with the driver because you owed money for the services provided. If you want a flat rate you can always book online for one flat rate.F. S.

He didnt wait for me for the $4 to run up, he was fumbling thru his phone & demanding money before services were given. He received $20! I didnt steal a dime! If you had sound on your footage, the ride stopped when the passenger says it stops and he said NO! Thats false imprisonment. I jumped out for my safety. The police didnt SIDE with you! OR your driver that pulled his car in front of my walkway, followed me, harassed me and ran his time meter during the 9-1-1 call. They actually who I quoted. THE RIDE STOPS WHEN THE PASSENGER SAYS IT STOPS! & DONT FOLLOW HER TO GET THE MONEY YOUR CLAIMING.
