    Total scam. I ordered an acoustic room divider advertised as highly sound proof, but it is NOT SOUND PROOF AT ALL --as in less sound proof than printer paper. If they enforce their 20% return fee it will be a confirmed scam and I will pursue all available remedies.

    I have no issues with the products or the order process. However, I had some questions regarding installation that I needed assistance. Unfortunately, the customer service was terrible. It was difficult to get in touch with anyone and when you did, it seemed like the agents did not know anything about their products. This was not a great company to deal with if you needed customer service.

    I ordered the 10' x 6' Folding Outdoor ***** ****** Partition (2 pieces) on May 29, 2022. It was stated on the site where I made the purchase that the item was in-stock, otherwise I would not have placed the order. On June 2nd, I inquired about my order and was told that it typically takes 7 business days to fulfill an order. I inquired again on June 7th and then was told the item was not in-stock. This had me upset because Versare was quick to take the money knowing that they had no item to ship. And they wouldn't have informed me had I not inquired.On June 20th I receive an email that the item is expected to arrive at their facility that week. I thank her for the update. Because I am impatient, I sent an email on June 24th (week's end) inquiring if they have arrived. I was then told they were now expected by the end of the month.On July 5th, I again sent an email expressing my wish to be kept apprise of ANY updates to the delivery time of the screens. I received a response that the arrival time has been pushed to mid-July. I am still waiting.To add insult to injury, I received an email July 11th asking me if I'm enjoying my recent purchase. This infuriated **** am giving 2-stars because I can't say the product is not good without actually having it to assess. But because of the whole ordeal that I am incurring with customer support, I couldn't give a more favorable rating.

    This company has terrible customer service and an incompetent sales team. After multiple emails back and forth with ******, from sales, we ordered replacement fabric for room dividers (an order totaling approximately $400). Many weeks later, after not receiving the order, I contacted Versare and was told, without apology, that the fabric dividers can not be shipped alone, only with the frames. This was after receiving an invoice, paying the invoice, and waiting weeks to receive it. We never received an email addressing their mistake.
