    never received dog bed and no response to email!!! ordered early dec 2022 and it it now 2/2/2023 - after reading the reviews I can join the scam club! Should have known to look up their business rating! S Hill

    PAID FOR A PAW BED AND NOIR COMFORTER SET FROM THIS COMPANY IN DEC 2022. I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING! They sent me a status of a delivery of the dog bed, but I never received it. They state it was delivered but I was home all day on this day and I received nothing. I've emailed them numerous times with no response since then~

    Review from ************ stars 01/26/2023 Cozy cove is scamming people with a dog bed sale at Christmas. They offered a paw shaped dog bed for half the price. I ordered two bed on Dec.10th and paid for priority shipping. Since the 10th its been nothing but lies and broken promises to keep the scam going until your credit card pays them . I was told the package shipped and delivered but the tracking number they gave me was for an order from target which did not contain beds and it shipped to its rightful. I requested a refund but they claim they already sent out another package this time by ****** On Jan 16th ***** sends me a proof of delivery picture saying the package was delivered but again not to my house. I called ***** and again the address on box wasnt mine and this time is says it was shipped from bed bath and beyond. I called my credit card company stopped payment and blocked cozycove from trying to bill me again. I then went on cozycove ******** account and so many people are having same issues. Its a scam

    Cozy Cove shop is scamming everyone out their money. I purchased a dog bed for my pet on 11/09/22 and have yet to receive it. They do not answer any emails at all except one that they said their customer service would provide info of tracking once they receive it. Per the website number order provided and has been pending info since 12/09/22. This is fraudulent company doing business on line per their website. Clearly you can see their video that shows deliveries being made and their boxes resemble Amazon's! We should get our money back.

    I would rate this company 0 stars if it were allowed.This is maddening. I placed an order for a dog bed and never received anything. The order number provided was fake / no good so the order was never traceable. They have no phone listing and the customer service email never resolved my issue --- after 5 inquiries. This company should be put out of business. **********************.

    I purchased the cozy cove bed for my dog as it looked wonderful. I sent emails to the company stating that I have never received my purchase as they said it was delivered.They provided you with a fake tracking number . I contacted *** with the number provided and they state that my name and address was not for the tracking # they provided They are scamming people out of their money and not providing the product

    Scam! I ordered 3 dog beds and still have not received them. No way to contact them! Placed order the end of November. Site says they shipped. No response to my emails. Scam!
