This is the worst management company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They are overcharging for the state of properties. We had multiple code violations including a leak of water into our living room. The leak was left completely unaddressed for more than 3 months in which our water bill shot up over $200. Only after reaching out several times directly did someone come in and attempt to remedy the issue. They "fixed the issue" and I was told that our leak was not caused by incoming water therefore they would not be doing anything. I then reached out again because water was still leaking into the living room and I was told they would get back to us about our account after the leak was fixed. After 2 more crews of people they finally found the leak coming from the intake pipe for one of our toilets. I was then expecting them to reach back out but over 6 months later I've still yet to hear anything. How this business is still allowed to operate is beyond me do yourself a favor and do NOT rent through this company.

This management company is the definition of a slum-lord. They charge too much for the state of the properties they rent. They don't care about their tenants and only care about money. There were several code violations at he property I lived at that were never addressed even after submitting maintenance requests. The washer in our unit regularly had the pipes freeze in the winter. The washer and dryer are plugged into an extension cord. Plugged into the same extension cord was management's effort to fix the water line freezing, a space heater, which was shoved in the wall behind the washer and dryer. The air conditioner leaks water in the summer and leaked so much the floor became squishy and the water leaked through the ceiling of the level below. Multiple radiators are broken; they either run way too hot or don't turn on at all. There are multiple windows that are just storm windows. There is a mice infestation that happens in the winter and even with cats, the mice were present and pooping everywhere. Their license hanging in the front entryway is expired. The finish on the hardwood floors is wearing off to the point you get splinters sometimes. The sunroom sags away from the house at a concerning angle. And these are only some of the problems with the unit I lived in. In addition, they do no vet their tenants. We lived upstairs to a drug dealer selling out of the house for multiple months before he was evicted for not paying his rent. This company, in one word, *****. They take advantage of low-income people who have no where else to live.
