Homestead Road's Senior Home Sales Advisor Sunil **** was our first contact when we looked to sell a deceased relative's home which had significant interior damage. Sunil gave us a very knowledgeable and professional explanation of the process and the issues that Homestead Road would take care of. Then the other staff at Homestead Road took over and everything went very smoothly. The house was sold and and a big load was taken off our family. If we ever again get unto a similar situation we will use HR. E. Osten, Woodbury.

I had a very positive experience working with Homestead Road from start to finish. I had bids from other small house flippers that were thousands of dollars less. Homestead Road was fair in their assessment of the property and very prompt with the closing. Sunil **** was my main point of contact and he couldn’t have been more personable and competent. He was prompt with appointments and very knowledgeable in dealing with the process from start to finish. It is very apparent that this is “what they do” based on how fast and smooth the transaction went. I had a very good experience with Homestead Road and the pleasure of working with Kim Gambill. Kim was great. After my husband passed I did not want to stay in the house and deal with the responsibility caring for a house and going through the regular selling with a realtor. I liked the idea of “Buy As Is”. Kim ******* was very efficient and professional and got me through the Deed problem I hit. I would not have been able to handle it alone. Kim made everything go smoothly. She was with me all the way. I highly recommend Homestead Road and absolutely Kim ******* as your representative. I was very satisfied with all the Homestead Road and the Title Company people who worked with me.
