    How is this place allowed to be in business? I worked 10 hours doing biohazard laundry and was paid $28. I was severely injured/disabled doing laundry for Poplin and they have not cared or answered my injury claim. They told me they don't have insurance. I was forced to obtain legal counsel. Poplin is terrible to it's customer base and cruel to it's laundry pros. They are guilty of allowing ************** of laundry, withholding money from contractors, stealing bonuses after promising them, paying unfair wages (under a dollar an hour), deceptive recruiting, unsafe working conditions, misclassification of workers to avoid paying fair wages and benefits, and endless unethical & illegal business practices. **** ****** is quoted calling laundry pros "unskilled with an underutilized washing machine". When the public catches on and starts to share, they block commenter's on social media and delete comments. Then they keep changing their name. Do not work for or use Poplin, Sudshare, etc. It is time for a class action lawsuit. They must be stopped from doing any more harm to customers or employees/contractors. Together, we can put this criminal organization out of business.

    Unethical and illegal business practices. Breaking the AB5 law here in ********** - they currently have a class action lawsuit against them. Dont spend your hard earned money with this company.

    Used Poplin for about 1 month. Had 3-4 good experiences. Ordered from the same Laundry Pro as previous positive experiences and clothes came back with a strong odor of smoke and not the cigarette type. I work in healthcare and my scrubs were in that load as were my kids school and sports clothes. The smell was so bad I had to move the clothes to a closed room. I used the online chat system and was told this issue would be expedited. A little over 2 days later I heard back from Poplin telling me to place another order in the next 24 hours and if their inspection checked out I would be refunded otherwise I would be charged twice. At this point I had already washed almost all the laundry because the smell was gross and I needed clothes for work and the kids. I tried to explain this and was offered a $10 credit towards my next order. I immediately cancelled the app and will be ordering my laundry from my local laundromat that comes highly recommended. Have told everyone I know that uses Poplin that this company has the worst customer service. To make matters worse they wrote me on one of my reviews that they would reach out and make it right. That was 2 weeks ago. Havent heard a thing. Buyer beware!

    This is a terrible business they don't know how to run their company they changed their name to poplin from sudshare to hide from previous Better Business Bureau complaints listed under sudshare they previously used to take money away from their employees or independent contractors tips to pay for credit card transactions any normal company covers the costs to utilize credit card transactions they don't take it from their employees and they have not reimbursed any of those individuals unless a lawsuit has been brought against them this is a horrible company to work for or have Services through because if you lose something they're only going to cover a capped amount of $200.

    I used Poplin and had 2 good weeks, then my clothes were returned stained and Poplin did not uphold to their contractual obligation. My clothes were returned with orange stains all over 5 pairs white socks, West ******* beach shirt, light blue sweat pants, purple concert t shirt, and designer sweat pants. I supplied photos of the items to Poplin and they said the stains were "there before". Now I have to buy all new socks, sweat pants, and lounge wear. Worst service and then worst customer service. Save your time and money, use a different service.

    Got robbed. The company knows all about it. They won't provide the company address to avoid getting served! They are scared crooks who will probably change their name again soon to run from their transgressions.

    My name is *************************** and *** only worked for poplin for two day and they closed my account because I forgot to weight the clothes after I washed them. I had any order out of town and I had finished the 6 bags and got them back to the customer at ******* I didnt know what to do so I called customer service for help he was so rude to me. I explained that my baby was sick and I forgot to weigh the items he informs me that there was nothing he could do and that I would have to take the clothes back home and weigh them and come back the next day and ****** was going to change the customer for an extra day but I was done with the clothes the came day. I explained to him that I will leave the clothes at the clients home because I didnt have any money to travel back out of town to deliver these clothes. **** never work with this company again so unprofessional

    I placed my first order on a Saturday afternoon and it was picked up on Sunday morning. Clean laundry was returned on Monday evening just before 8 PM. The clothes were packed in two bags. I opened the bags and the laundry smelled nice, however, most of the items were damp. I had to put them in my dryer and/or hang them to dry. I contacted the helpdesk and was told through email, that because I had opened the bags that there was nothing they could do except to credit my account $10 for future service. I told them that I will not be using the service again and asked for a partial refund to my credit card. No response. Also, the company name appeared as Poplin, but the charge to my credit card was from Sudshare *********** **. In my experience, this is not a good service and it seems the company has no regard for their customers.

    First time I used it, it was good and on time. No notes, no gifts, but the laundry was done. This timeway overdue and I think my laundry is never to be seen again. Customer service isnt at all helpful. We cant get in touch with your Sudster. Sorry. Great idea, crappy execution.

    My Sudster (Ree from ****, **) stole my laundry. SudShare customer service refused to do anything about it, did not refund me or compensate me for my lost items, and eventually just ignored my emails. This company is a scam.
