  Worst experience ever. Ruined my lawn by not raising the deflector on the fertilizer spreader. Would not even consider looking at the lawn. DO NOT USE

  Agree with everything already stated. They did a horrible job this morning and when I tried to call the number, it hung up on me. Buyer beware. This company is a 100% scam.

  I wish I had read the BBB ratings before hiring this company. I contracted with them for a couple of years, and their performance got steadily worse. The breaking point was a heavy snowfall in January of 2023 that was left un-shoveled for several days. They did not respond to email or voicemail messages. When I was finally able to reach a person, and asked when my property would be shoveled, the person I spoke with was rude and dismissive. In Spring of 2023, I decided to part ways with this company. They did some spring cleanup and weed and feed that I had already paid for, and then I thought we were done. I did not hear from the company until today, when they sent an email saying they had auto-renewed my contract and successfully charged me for spring cleanup and weed/feed for this year. During a very unpleasant phone call, I was told that I had cancelled snow removal, but not lawn service. The problem was resolved when the man I spoke with said he would reverse the charges. If you already have a contract with them, make sure that you cancel ANY AND ALL services in writing.More weirdness - the email said that they had successfully charged me for the amount due. The man I spoke with said he had reversed the charges. None of this has showed up in my bank records. There is no charge and no reversal on any of my accounts.

  I agree with ************ When I told them I would like to check my current payment as I was not home they responded there would probably not be a spot open if I were to wait an hour. So I signed up thinking I could back out if they were much more expensive. I should have known better but I assumed they would be reasonable. Would not release me even though it wasnt even fall yet. Then they tried to get me to sign an auto renewal contract in an email. They were condescending on the phone. It seems they want the new business but couldnt care less if they keep it. It is now the first large snowfall of the year February 15, ****. The *** reported 4-6 inches for my area on the ground but because of the sun it has melted to possibly under 2 inches. I doubt they will show up. However that could be a breach of contract. Time will tell.

  Agree with others here. They charge 3x what others charge, then either show up so late that I (76 years old with a bad back) have already had to dig myself out or don't show up at all till I bug them multiple times on the phone. I suspect I'm out of their service area but they take the business anyway & then try to find someone to get here. I notified them in writing that I'm not renewing...hope they respect that at least, and for next winter I hired a small local outfit with 5-star ratings at one-third the price.

  No. Just no. Called and threatened to turn me over to a collection agency. I had no idea what they were talking about. Condescending, laughed at my protest, said theyve dealt with lawyers with these contracts before and they will win, on and on and on. Told me it was not their fault that I did not read their contract, it was not their fault that I did not read my U.S. mail, however, they failed to read the email I sent cancelling. Absolutely unwilling to listen to anything I had to say. They I did not cancel my continuing contract prior to March 15 of this year and therefore I had to pay them. Incredibly rude and attempted to bully me. When I sent them the email I had sent on March 14, proving I had indeed canceled there was no apology. Their practices are deceptive, unfair and non-negotiable.

  Agree with all the other reviews. Have had NOTHING but problems with these people. Biggest problem is them NOT showing up to do the work and ending up doing it ourselves. One snowfall they came out and sent us a PICTURE of a ruler in the snow showing there wasnt enough snow. But they said theyd do us a favor and do it since they had come out as a favor to us. It is now the beginning of March and we were able to hire someone else to do the driveway for the rest of the winter. At least all we will have to do ourselves are the sidewalks. An expensive ****** to learn. By the way, one of the first times they came out, my son was doing the walkway to the street himself. The young man said, Oh, I see you are doing this yourself. Then he stood there and watched, instead of saying, Here, let me finish this up. Thats what youre paying us for. Save your money and find a reputable place to do your work. Check their references first. Wish we had done so.

  Snow and ********* Services LLC doesn't perform the work that they say they will. No do they do it in a timely manner. Most of the time, we needed to do our own snow removal. We texted and called and no one ever reached back out to us. We were gone for a week and came back to a driveway full of snow and a mailbox that wasn't cleared. We even had one of their guys parked in front of our mailbox (the wrong direction) for hours. Not sure if he was taking a nap or what. Do not hire this firm for snow removal.

  I contracted their service and they did a very poor job. Not cleaning out the walkways to the street and not opening up the driveway. They also skipped the public walkway on our property. Their contract states they would clean the walkways, public sidewalks, and drive within 24 hours. They have not finished the work 48 hours later. They do not respond to my texts, emails, or phone calls.
